Lightweight, good color, but splashes cold water on me during the shower!
I bought this because I was tired of replacing the discolored, moldy plastic liners every couple of months. So far, this has functioned well, although you do need to keep the shower from spraying directly on the liner if you don't want it to be pushed outside of the shower and end up with water on the floor. It is water resistant, which is obviously a good thing for a shower curtain, but within 2-3 minutes the water has soaked into the lower portion o of the shower curtain. But, I haven't had issues with it running onto the floor, as long as I keep the curtain tucked inside of the tub. My biggest complaint: as I'm showering, water continuously condenses and beads up on the upper part of the shower curtain, quickly cooling to room temperature. Then, everytime I bump into the shower curtain, I'm greeted with a burst of cold water droplets!

Attractive, waterproof, lightweight, lets some light through, but didn't last
I agree with the other positive reviews that this curtain has a nice soft feel, is lightweight and repels water. However, in our metal tub-shower, where we use it as a liner behind a decorative curtain, the magnets do a fine job of preventing it from blowing around (I don't suppose the magnets work in a fiberglass tub). Or perhaps it's because the tub itself holds it in place. Although it's thin enough to let some light through, not as much light as I'd hoped. But it's more attractive than vinyl, which can be hard to clean and becomes caked with soap residue and minerals over time. I'm hoping that the ability to put this cloth curtain in a washing machine gives it an advantage. I'm happy with it for the moment, and time will tell whether it stays clean and holds up.Update: We've used this for about five months, and mildew does build up on the bottom. I tried scrubbing just the bottom by hand with laundry detergent and a brush, but I couldn't remove the stains. Diluted bleach worked, but I was hoping I wouldn't have to use that.Update II: After less than a year, we had to throw it out. We just couldn't keep it clean, even with bleach. We really should have thrown it out a couple months ago. We're trying the Croscill brand liner now. If that one has the same problem, maybe we'll go back to the plastic liner.

A great alternative to nylon
I've used nylon curtains only for over 20 years, with little care they lasted for over 10 years. These microfiber curtains appear to be as well made, but time will tell if they are as durable. The biggest problem is finding them. Your typical shower curtain inner liner is vinyl or similar which is far heavier, smelly and not supple. These microfiber curtains are woven from polyester but are very much like nylon in properties, but are far more cloth like in feel.ProLightweightwaterproofeasy to clean, just wash in washing machinetranslucent, lets a lot of light in yet you cannot see through itwell madequick dryingMore prolific and more variety in stores than nylon curtainsConsIts so lightweight, that if not properly anchored will flap around as you bathe. To hold it in place, I use strong magnets to stick the edges on my tub; I salvaged neodymium magnets off an old hard disk drives or you can buy them 30 Neodymium Magnets 1/4 x 1/16 inch Disc N48 . Neodymium magnets rust so I put them in tiny plastic bags to keep them dry.Its slightly heavier than a nylon curtain of a similar size.

Super quality, super value
This is a high-quality, attractive fabric shower curtain that does not need a liner. It's so nice to not have the scent, look, and feel of plastic in the shower. The fabric is water-repellent, soft and fabric-like but with a bit more body than the thin non-textured fabric shower curtains that look like a liner. The curtain doesn't stick to itself, so it doesn't trap water in a fold. It dries immediately and it can be machine-washed. It stays where you put it and doesn't move around while you're showering. The texture is classic, adding interest to the fabric without adding a distracting element to my very small bathroom. I bought the white color; it is a true white. I've been using it for about five months, and it looks brand-new. I would re-order again and again, but at this rate, I won't need to do that often. Note: the price varies a lot, with some online stores charging as much as three times the Amazon price.

These are marvelous shower curtain liners! They dry quickly after shower.

Too Thin!
The cloth has a nice colour and feels like quality but it's too thin. After every single shower, there are small droplets of water on the outside of the liner which means some water is getting through. Unfortunately, this means you'll need an outer curtain and can't use this liner standalone.

Water Repellent Fabric Shower Curtain
I use this water repellent fabric shower curtain on it’s own. I’ve never had to use a liner with this curtain as the water never goes through. I just buy a new one every year.

Quality and washes well - a little too long
Nice fabric, dries easily. Has washed fine in machine. Only criticism is it is slightly too long for over bath shower.

Excellent Material Shower Liner
This is the best made fabric liner I've found thus far. I took off one star because the colour is not as represented. What they call Linen turned out to be very beige with yellow undertones, like a warm taupe. Doesn't match my colour scheme at all - but these have to be changed every 6 months, so will try another colour. The material is a soft microfiber, the water stays in droplets on it. Would not be suitable as shower curtain, only as a liner. It is a bit shorter than is customary, but since my cat litter pans are in tub, it's an added benefit.

Finishing touch of elegance
Such a lovely, well made shower curtain liner. Washed like a charm. No more pvc in my bathroom.
