This product is pretty great, like the other posters made by this it is durable and easy to read. I was looking for more exercises so I could justify buying battle ropes. This poster did the trick and helped me come up with new ways to work out different muscles.

This product has been helpful...
So I've been trying to get in better shape and one of the challenges is remembering what exercise is what. I have an app that helps me keep track of sets/reps/time for each exercise, but the visual reference helps a lot. I've looked at my phone numerous times and asked "How does this go again?' This poster helps me not be as confused. Also is doesn't take up a lot of wall space.
