If you read my previous review you know that I was not happy however the company did reach out and went above and beyond to solve my problem . The review was based on another product of theirs and it has been resolved and so I then went and opened the package for this product. They are GREAT. It is amazing to me how much better food tastes cooking In these skillets. You have to try it to believe it. These Legend cast iron products are as good if not even better than the more well known brand. The value is fantastic. You will have to follow the instructions/ directions to have a great experience. If you want or give anyone a wonderful gift consider these or any of the other Legend products as they come beautifully packaged. Cast iron does take a bit of extra work in the beginning but well worth the effort !

Although I'm not consistently cooking with cast iron yet, I used my 10" to make buttermilk cornbread in. What a beautiful finished treat that came out of that skillet. Cooked evenly, was still moist even though it was a tad overcooked and came right out of the skillet on its first time use. Clean up was a breeze with a brush and running water, hand dried with a cotton towel and hung up for next time. I am finding that with cast iron I can cook at lower temperatures and less time than regular pots and pans. Impressed and pleased with the quality of the Legend skillets.

So far I've fried eggs, fried a hamburger and cooked a steak using these products. This is my first experience with cast iron pans so I'm still learning how to properly clean and keep them seasoned. I have an electric stove and not gas so I'm still learning the right number setting to best cook with. I prefer a gas stove because you can look at the flame underneath the pan and gauge your temperature that way. It takes some getting used to but overall it's a great buy and a very good product.

I Love the cast iron skillets, but very disappointed there was no mention of ordering lids or fire proof handle holders. I didn't think to buy the lids or handle holders, now I need to go research and find the appropriate lids and holders. I feel it should come with those items or at the very least mention to order them. I would NOT mind paying more, just would like a set.

Pan gets extremely hot as you would expect a Iron Skillet to. I used mine just the other day to cook steak and the sear on the meat was fantastic. Much better than my regular pans. I would recommend that you use a handle cover for this pan because the handle will also get too hot for the touch.Finally, this thing weighs a ton. If you like to flip your food with the frying pan, this is NOT the one to get.

I love these skillets. They cook just as evenly as a lodge skillet but weigh considerably less which is a huge benefit. The depth for each is proportionate to their size and I would recommend to anyone. Delivered the next day and there is no comparison to the price point and guarantee of this product. 100% satisfied!

I do like the fact that these pans will probably outlast me. I tried frying pepper-crusted bacon in the large one. It was quite difficult to clean. I used one of the stainless steel chain mail cleaners...took quite a bit of scrubbing and then I still had to resort to a scrubber-sponge. I am spoiled with teflon pans perhaps.

I'm brand new to using a cast iron pan, and I'm obsessed already! I washed it and then did a few layers on seasoning before I began using it and then after every couple of washes, I season (rub it with vegetable oil and then bake on a high heat) it again. So far, it's been great! Love that it's big enough to get 4 slices of bacon to cook at a time, nice and straight, or 3 huge chicken breast and still have plenty of room for veggies. I'm sure I'll have this pan for a very long time!

Buenos tamaños. Algo pesados.Durarán mucho tiempo .Sin duda mantienen cálido el alimento.Ya una vez fríos son difíciles de limpiar .
