These are great!I wear size 7.5 - 8 in women's and these fit alright, slightly big. I would suggest trimming them if you wear my shoe size or smaller. I have a standing desk so I stand up a lot at work and I do not want to have a mat down and would just rather wear comfy shoes instead. I wear a variety of flats, some have great cushioning and some do not. These do the trick.I am very pleased with these. Many insoles I have tried make my shoes fit tighter. These do not, but still offer comfort and a support. I also like the added heel cushion. I plan to purchase more.

I am a Notorious MOB (mother of the bride). I bought flats to wear, which fit "enough". Not comfortably enough. Not walking comfortably enough, but enough. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about. They fit lovely and look perfect with my dress if I don't move. Just stand there and look lovely.These inserts made up for a poorly sized/created shoe. You know what I'm talking about. The shoes created to match a dress you bought online from a wedding dress site. The shoes needed support and proper heal shape. They are sparkly shoes in name only.These inserts are fantastic. They size well and they are sized true at point of sale. They are cushy and fabulous and the heal insert is of the gods. Female gods.Kid you not, I am excited to wear cheap sparkly online purchased flats because of these inserts. I breath a sigh of relief and offer sacrifices to the female gods. I'll throw the shoes away after the big day. I'm keeping these inserts.

I recently discovered heel cushion pads for my narrow feet. These inserts & thicker no show socks (Leotruny 6 Pairs Unisex Thick Cushion Athletic Cotton Non Slip Low Cut Flat Liner No Show Socks) also from Amazon have saved my feet. Have not been using them long enough to know if they trap odor, I'm wearing them in (real) leather flats. The attached heel pad helps keep the insole where its supposed to be, its sticky. The only reason I didn't give these 5 stars is the insole does not reach the end of my shoe. I bought the ladies size 8.5-11 I wear a 9.5 to 10. I only noticed it at first but don't mind it anymore.

I was surprised to find that the whole bottom some has no adhesion. 🤦‍♀️ I get that it would be rather hard to glue the back heel & the bottom but still I wish it would have plainly said that in the description! Overall it does its main job, but I’m gonna have to hot glue the bottom some down to my work flats so the cushion is going all over.

If you have a bigger size pair of shoes that you really like and wanted to wear, these are the answer. Good cushion but will make the shoes tighter to your feet if you have the exact size of pair.

I can't explain it, but my regular-sized shoes no longer fit, with the heels sliding almost out of the shoes. Are they making shoes in different heel widths, or what? I bought a pack of these and they worked wonders! My feet are no longer slip-sliding away with these inserted. Now, I don't worry so much about ordering shoes without knowing if I will walk out of them, wasting $$ by the tedious process of sending them back.

I bought a pair of slip on sneakers half a size too big to account for my high instep. Not surprisingly, my foot slipped in and out when I walked. I bought these to keep my foot in place and also add extra cushioning. They work great! My foot stays on place, and the shoes are much more comfortable.UPDATE: six months later, and I bought a second set. They are great in cheap sneakers from Old N@vy or in flat sneakers like Chucks.

I'm so glad I found these. No more sticking those pads in the heels only to have them peel off. This is a perfect solution. Because the heel pad is attached to the insole there is no slippage. I found the heel part will sometimes be too tall and be above the edge of my heel. No problem. Just trim the front of the insole and slide it forward.
