Max FactorMasterpiece Waterproof High Definition Mascara, Black, 0.15 Ounce

A couple of years ago I purchased a max factor waterproof mascara because it was cheap, but I ended up LOVING IT. And then I guess they stopped selling it in the US so I kept trying all of these other "expensive" mascaras that never worked for me. What I love about the Max Factor Waterproof Mascara is that it holds my lashes into place. I'm asian so my lashes naturally go straight down. I like to curl them up so it actually looks like I have eyelashes but all the other mascaras I've tried droop them straight back down. The Max Factor is the only one that holds my curl. It makes the lashes a little bit stiff, but I actually like mine that way, because I figure if it was soft it would eventually droop throughout the day. It doesn't smear when I wear it all day and its definitely waterproof, just don't rub your eyes when you're at the beach or pool or whatever. If you just blink all the water out, or wipe around your lashes, I've found that the mascara stays on. And I'm allllllwaaays at the beach so I would know. I recommend this product!!

I miss you cannot walk into a store and buy this product in the USA. This is my favorite brand of make up. Glad I found it here.

Well, maybe I am being a bit pessimistic here or very ignorant..., and perhaps..."waterproof" vs. "smudge-proof" is my bad.But some cheap mascara's do this with a lot of trial and error which I wanted to avoid. And I am a sucker I know this...for a good review.I did not want to rate this too poorly because it does go on so well and not glumpy..this is great! It stays on the actual lash very well..so I'm thinking I'm not going to diss "max factor" for something I just may be doing wrong.I want any ANY mascara that won't give me racoon eyes. I thought.."Must be my eyeliner" so I wore it without eyeliner...look in the mirror a bit later and Ms. Raccoon starring back at me.I think however, prior to raccoon eyes..It goes on beautifully. It doesn't glump. It does not suck. so I may be asking too much...ladies for gods-sake..I'm 46 I've been wearing make up since I was 12...what the heck am I doing wrong here? should I just get some false lashes and call it a day..have I not learned anything? :)

I used a company 30 some years ago and it went only europe only sales. Never found another till I had an inkling to try this company. I bought a few of this company and this one is AMAZING I have sparce lashes and it is difficult. This goes on fantastic. Holds your curl which is hard to find in a mascarae! It goes on easy and stays on and removes easily which is more difficult with the waterproof ones. This is my new go to mascara!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had high hopes for this mascara after reading an article recommending it. It doesn't go on very well. It takes many coats to even show that I have mascara on. When I sweat in the 100 degree heat, it smears. But then to remove it, takes some rubbing.

The brush is terrible and it takes forever to dry.

This was the only mascara I used while it was being sold in USA. When they stopped selling it here I was heartbroken. Since then I have gone through countless mascaras, all very disappointing. I was in need of new mascara and was willing to pay to import it, until I found it here!! I was so happy! I thought all my mascara problems were solved- until it arrived- I didn't even use it. It arrived not even in a package or plastic wrapper around it(so you know its new), I highly doubt they sell their cosmetics like that in the UK because we don't here. Who wants to pay $13 for a mascara that could contain God knows what or have been used, hence why they put packaging on it, to let the consumer know they're getting a new legit product. Scary thing is, is I just read a news article stating there are a lot of counterfeit mascaras being sold in London, containing rat feces, urine, etc. that can cause a lot of health issues. I'm not saying this product is one of them, just seems really fishy that it is imported from London and not in original packaging. I strongly do NOT recommended this.

I wasn't ever able too make my eyelashes Curley anymore till I remember when I was younger I only use to use Max Factor. For years I wasted my money in buying different Mascaras until I remember the only thing that does curl my eye lashes was Max Factor. Thank you for carrying that brand. I will continue to order more in the future.Since I ordered three I'm ok for now. But not for long.Marie

It's really hard to find this in stores anymore, so I'm glad I can at least buy this on Amazon. This mascara has been my go-to for YEARS. It's waterproof, it doesn't flake, and the brush makes your lashes separate nicely so you don't get those ugly clumped lashes. One mascara lasts me around 1½ year, and that's with a daily application. You really don't need to go overboard using this, which is just another reason as to why it's my favorite.

This mascara was surprisingly amazing!! I am VERY fussy about mascara but bought this as I was going for a hot tub break and wanted a cheap waterproof one but this little beauty fanned and separated my lashes beautifully!!!! I would HIGHLY recommendThis photo is just ONE coat
