Received the item on time in good packing condition. The tablet has a good processing speed with some pre-installed apps on it. It has storage slots for one Memory card and dual SIM card . It also has voice calling feature and WiFi . Even the slot for USB port and audio is available. You can download all other applications from Google play store available on it. I like it's compactness and light weight. Easy to handle and carry with you for both official and personal use. The improvement I suggest is that the item should have other alternate colours available like silver, white, grey apart from standard black. It should also have a glossy appearance just like an apple ipad. On my first use, to make the tablet fully charged, the charger got alittle heated up. A flip cover case can be offered along with it.

Changed my review from 4 stars to 1 star..The display is very cheap quality...It breaks even with mild pressure over it..You won't get any duplicate display from other shops( i tried more than 20 shops in chennai) .. you have to send the tab to company in Hyderabad in courier where they charge nearly 6k for that cheap quality display ...Storage, ram, 4g all works fine... but what is the use if the display breaks even with mild pressure....Dnt buy this tab as u can't get any display replacement in ur local area.. And I'm sure that the display ll get broken asap

it's a new company, but the product is very good. it's well built. it's feature rich. it works smoothly, plays any type of video. it's a value for money product. this tab is best for eBook reading and videos watching.

Frankly, i had horrible experience. Buying this product was one of the biggest mistakes i have done. Of 1 year.. i have this product for hardly 1 month and remaining 11 months it is NOT working. I have been exchanging emails with Fusion team, based on London and their response has been very standard.. send it to Hyderabad and they will look into it. I spent close to 1500 for shipping this product to Hyderabad and still not working. I stopped working before lockdown and now when i want to send they say, 1 year warrenty is complete and you need to pay for repairs. I have close to 50 plus emails transaction with this company. Finally, i have decided to junk this product and feel it was my bad luck.This company is a local company in London, so their product is as local like any Chinese products. It works till it works, after that just throw it out.

Lastly, after the last three months, this super-duper tablet is not charger and its speaker has broken out.

It is excellent. Working OK and very rich look and very very user-friendly.Only problem happened is my SIM card got inside the socket and now it's not seen at all because sockets are of big sizes and SIM cards are micro or Neno.But we can use it with Wi-Fi.I will get my SIM card replacement for Jio.I have got a SIM card replacement very next day and now using tablet by Wi-Fi connection. It's very very nice working.

Received a defective product. With in 10 minutes of use it started hanging. Touch Screen does not respond. Have to switch it off by pressing ON/ OFF button. Tried FACTORY RESET option, but no use. Having same issue of hanging while using. Have requested for return. Waiting to hear from Amazon.

Utter waste of money. I agree tht it can used for entertainment purpose but screen is pathetic. With just of deo bottle screen cracked & my new tab gone in drain as no service centre is there. Plz thnk b4 investing as I wasted my money twice
