I'm pretty sure I'll use this roll for many years to come! I like wrapping gifts in kraft paper with twine so this is perfect for that purpose. It makes gifts look really classy and clean without very much effort. This is way cheaper than buying wrapping paper and is appropriate to use for all occasions and every season. I love this paper! I keep it in the original box it was shipped in so that it doesn't get wrinkled when I'm storing it. I keep it upright next to my vacuum so it doesn't take up extra space.Basically, this is a great, thick kraft paper. If you don't know what kraft paper is, go to a local craft store and ask or try some out. Some of the negative reviews come from people simply not knowing what this was when they bought it! If you do know exactly what kraft paper is (and how it's different from printer paper) and you want a lot of it, then this is definitely a good purchase.Update seven years later: I finally got to the end of this roll. Still highly recommend.

I bought this paper to use for patterning shotgun loads to determine which shells perform best with my gun.For this very particular intended purpose, the paper had to be: 1. Stiff enough that it won't sag when cut to 4ft x 4ft sheets, 2. Dark enough that a paper plate taped in the center stands out well at 50 yards, 3. Tough enough to withstand moderate breezes down-range, And 4. Heavy enough that I can count the holes made by each individual shot pelletAnd on each of these points this paper is 5-star-excellent. In fact, the only problem I had while at the range was with the duct tape I was using to hold the paper to its frame. Duct tape apparently sticks to EVERYTHING unless the current weather conditions are 90+ degrees (f) and 1800% humidity (you know, a standard S.E.GA spring day...). So, obviously some changes to my set-up are in order, but this paper worked so well that rather than using different paper, I will modify the target frame so that it provides the anchor points this paper requires, namely metal clamps, or furring strips to staple the paper to. Now if you will excuse me, I have a **LOT** of little holes to count to determine my pattern density at various ranges.... .

So I definitely read the dimensions, but I must have a serious lack of spacial prowess because when this came, I was floored at how huge it was. Not that I'm complaining, the more the merrier. I live right next to the hobby lobby that also sells kraft paper wrapping in smaller rolls, obviously, and this is a steal. The quality is great...it doesn't really fray (like construction paper), and it's not overly thick and difficult to wrap presents with. I noticed that some tapes don't adhere very well to the material, but if you use the standard clear "packaging tape" style tap, it works great and hardly shows on the kraft paper (unlike the frosted scotch tape, which looks hideous and is really obvious). I can easily write with metallic markers and paint pens without it bleeding or anything on the material. The only time I might reconsider getting this is if you want different colors. There is white and black kraft paper that can also be really cute as wrapping, so if you didn't want to be stuck using the standard brown one for every present, then maybe a variety of smaller rolls would be better.

I needed some kraft paper for a number of projects I was working on, plus some to use to wrap boxes. I read the description for this product, but for some reason, exactly how large this roll of paper was did not register with me by just reading the dimensions. This roll is BIG. It stands almost to my chest (and I am a tall lady). If you're looking for paper to cover a table or a very large box, this will be perfect. If you're looking for something to just wrap small boxes, you should definitely look elsewhere. It is an excellent value for the amount of paper you get and I'll probably have this roll for the next 20 years or so. It's a little unwieldily for what I need it for, but there's no denying it's an excellent value. Just make sure you have the space to store a roll of paper that may be taller than you are!

I'm very impressed with the quantity of paper for this price point ($24). I bought it primarily to pattern multiple shotgun chokes, so I needed quite a bit of paper. It sure beats anything I can find at Walmart. Thus far I've used it to pattern a shotgun and to mail a package.The paper is heavy enough that it doesn't shred when fired at with a shotgun. Additionally, it'd hold up very well in the wind and to handling after shooting if one wishes to store the target for later analysis. I estimate it would hold up to a bit of rain, too. The width--48 inches--is wide enough for me to pattern cylinder bore buckshot at 25 yards. Additionally, it's wide enough to pattern sporting chokes at the standard 40 yards.I also used the paper to reuse a USPS Priority Mail shipping box. If the box is identifiable as a Priority Mail box, the post office will charge me Priority Mail prices. I wrapped the box just like a Christmas present and was able to ship the box at economy rates.

I have no complaints, except the cutter teeth on the box are not that good.

Excellent artist practice paper for graphite, soft pastel, charcoal. great color. I cut it into 3 rolls very economical. Delivered fast I am very happy with the purchase.

This paper is fantastic for tablecloths. We used the roll to cover tables for 60 plus extra serving and buffet tables, and had ample paper leftover. The paper was very durable: not even the drink table’s covering had ripped by the end of the event. I will continue to use the roll for events and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more of this brand.

I love this heavy duty kraft paper - it is way thicker than other papers I have tried, which makes it perfect to package my signs for shipping. I wrap a few times around each sign and it provides a thick and tough layer. Would definitely recommend and repurchase.

This paper worked great to cover tables at a reception. Doesn't rip easily, which is helpful.
