What are the measurments?

measure ments are available on palrams web site which you can down load and print of. the space mine went into is tight but with the ones of the web site perfect.

How/Where does the rainwater drain off the roof?

the sides have gutters with 4 drain outlets at each end it is up to you how you drain from there. hole is std 40mm for down pipe. mine drains perfectly with the drop that is built into the car port

Do I need 3 metre clearance to enable roof panels to slide in or are the panels flexible.

the roof panels drop in from the top and are held down with glazing bars. the end ones are a bit of a fiddle as they locate into the end roof stay but final fix is with a glazing bar. i did mine in the open for ease but could have done it in a much smaller area and as one side is close to my hedge it would have made no differance. my only critism was the instructions were missing and down loaded ones from the web site and beware they are not good. take your time and you will have a car port that is brilliant. tested last night with the strong winds perfect.

Can this be fixed to earth or is it best to have tiled/cement base?

Footprint for each of the four uprights is only about 36 square inches and would probably sink into earth. Concrete foundations best as there are four anchor points for each upright. These require drill anchors or you may find it blowing over.
