I bought this book as a tool to help me and my retail staff improve our relationships with our customers and also with each other. This book is amazing. We read it together at our weekly meetings and then discuss how it relates to us personally in our experience in the work place. My staff members have repeatedly commented about how they feel like the author, Frank Cooper, must have been following them around while he was writing the book! He covers everything that we are faced with as retail sales people and his advice is spot on! He is like our "personal trainer" and there is a marked difference in our customer service! We would like to meet Frank Cooper one of these days! He may not be a "rock star" as the world sees him but in our place of business he is our hero!! The Customer Signs Your Paycheck
