Not that I am aware. It is set to the American, or International Standard way of depicting the date with time.

Q: Strap coming off - how can I return it?

The problem that I have had now with two watches is a cracked and broken strap. So I have bought a watch with the same chip in it bit a much stronger strap.

Q: Does it have a countdown timer function?

Only has normal stop watch function. Very good watch for the price though
