I've been using these for quite a while. They do help avoid UT infections. As for the odor some customers notice, to me they smell a little bit like chocolate and cranberries (which is a good thing to me). I have noticed the odor is stronger when I first open the bottle, especially the larger quantity 250's. I know it's possible someone has gotten a bad bottle, but I suspect it is just the smell of cranberries. Try leaving the bottle open for a while, the smell dissipates. I have a very sensitive stomach and have never had a problem.

My mom took these for years and now I’m using them for my aunt… totally helps in minimizing her UTIs… it was better to have these pills then having her drink, cranberry juice, less sugar content, and she doesn’t have as much pain with less urinary tract infections.

I take one daily to keep the UTI’s away. Ever since I started taking these everyday, and just one, not three, I have not gotten a UTI. It’s worth buying and taking this supplement. Thank you. They are easy to swallow and do what they say they will do.
