2018 International Building Code Turbo Tabs, Soft Cover Version 1st Edition

This is normally valued at over $100 so the fact that the binding is garbage is negligible. However the images show the condition of the binding after 3 days. If you are hard on books this book wont last. I am not so it is still in pretty good condition after two reads.

As an Architect, I use the code references every day.The 2018 issue of the IBC has all the latest revisions to the building codes.It is very useful for architecture, engineering, and construction.

I work in municipal government and we have to have this book in house if we are ever questioned on the current laws. We have referred to it several times and I love it. Paper product all the way.

I haven't read it all, but spot checking against another copy of the book, it appears to be an authentic copy. The covers seem a bit thin and don't have the shiny, more durable coating of the copy directly from IBC, the publisher, but it seems to be fine.

This book came completely wrapped and unlike other reviews shows no signs of being a knockoff version. We are very happy we purchased through Amazon and not a bookstore due to convenience.

The loose leaf edition contains the tabs only. The description and picture used to sell the product is misleading. 20 bucks for some tabs? What a ripoff.

As a registered architect, this book is a must for working in jurisdictions that have adopted the 2018 codes.Price was better than other places I searched, and it arrived fast. Thanks again.
