Very good deal, even before the sale that is going on right now. It just came in today, but it should have come in at least a week ago. I ordered it on the 7th, and today is the 20th. It has worked pretty good so far, I played some Minecraft on it and it worked great. The power brick really is a brick, it is absolutely massive. Other reviews said it was some Chinese knockoff but it seemed to be genuine Dell. I opened up the back and one of the screws holding on the back cover was missing plus the hard drive/ssd caddy which will be annoying if I try to add one. Overall very nice other than the missing components!Update:I looked in System Information and apparently it has an Intel Xeon processor instead of the i7 as advertised. I did some research and I found the Xeon to be better than the i7 so I'm not complaining.

Strongly consider the extended warranty when buying from this seller. I bought this laptop from the Amazon Renewed Store that was refurbished and sold by PrimeTimeBuys. Due to regular life interruptions the PC remained in the shipping box for the majority of the 90-day warranty. After about 2 months of very light usage the battery died, and I mean "no warning" died. Since I was now out of the warranty period I just clinched my teeth and bought another battery from Amazon (~$50+$4.40 tx). Regardless, the original battery did not have an 80% guaranteed capacity. Upon replacing the battery I found another workmanship issue: There are 4 screws that secure the hard drive to the board/chassis. Two of the screws are located under the battery and one of those screws was missing and the other had threads had been stripped and rendered useless. Fortunately I've not had any issue with the hard drive (fingers crossed, knock on wood).Another quality issue I discovered recently (rarely used) is the SD card reader doesn't work Clearly this machine was not tested as stated in the listing, or it failed testing and shipped anyway.On a lighter note, the cosmetics of the PC is good. A thin film is applied to the cover and below the keyboard and has a nice feel. The film on the cover/top of the PC was not properly centered and was starting to peel along one edge, so I took and razor blade and trimmed that edge with ease to prevent it from peeling further; no longer an issue.If you are considering buying from PrimeTimeBuys my recommendation is to add in the cost of the extended warranty, or buy from another supplier to the Amazon Renewed Store. Dell makes a good machine and mine was sold with Win 10 Pro.Update: and the headphone jack doesn't work. I'd like to now rate "0" stars but that doesn't appear to be an optionUpdate 3/25/2022: And there is NO WEBCAM. (not a big deal for me as it's rarely used, but the machine is advertised as having a webcam)

Pros: I wanted a newer PC to move into the Windows 11 era, as all my 3 PC's and 3 Laptops are running Win7, for 15 yrs. now and still working good. MS hasn't made a good OS in years, until now, with Windows 11, it appears. From an Enterprise stand point Win 8, 8.1 and 10, were the Nightmares of Elm Street for IT staff. For 6 weeks I've been running Win 11 Pro on my Asus M5A99FX R2.0, AMD8300, crossfire RX4600s & Works Perfect - solid as a rock. So I thought it's time for a laptop, this Dell Precision 7510 w/Webcam (note not all 7510's have a Webcam) fits the bill for a hardware platform. Very important for me was a easily replaceable battery and hard disk, the case is a little bit of a pain to lock back up when changing the battery or SSD. I loaded Win 11 on it 4 days ago, no hiccups, super happy with the product. loaded Office suite, old & new games, Zoom meetings all good. For those who might be saying you can't run Win 11 on it, 1st stop listening to MS. Then like FO4 follow the freedom trail, you have to do a very little investigating to catch on, here's a hint, Rufus, MBR, Shift + F10 opens all the old hardware to load Win 11.Cons: The Shipper was my only headache, not the sellers fault. Note the box was very well packed with bubble wrap to protect the Laptop from the shipper.If I needed another workhorse Laptop this would be a contender. The only thing I miss on this laptop is a disk activity light, there no activity lights (LEDs), Power button has a thin LED inside it, and the Caps Lock also.

Gave the seller a bad rating at first because Amazon screwed up and sent me a sawhorse workbench instead of this laptop and I apologise for that. This laptop is awesome for the money, came well and sturdy packaged, the backlit keyboard is killer and the machine is clean and fast. I've had Precisions before, used them at my CAD job many years and it's good to have one again. The laptop looks and feels new. 10/10 will buy another one from this seller. The mixup was not their fault, it was Amazon's.
