This product definitely works as an appetite suppressant and fat burner! I do intermittent fasting and it really helped curb hunger cravings. I did notice I got a slight headache a couple hours after taking it but nothing too bad. I am slightly sensitive to caffeine so watch for that. Overall, would recommend for a supplement to diet and exercise!
