Perfectly matches our furniture, and comes with well made parts to hold the umbrella.I read the reviews on cracking so was very careful unpacking and manoeuvring. I was also very careful not to tighten the bolt too much - I imagine that would put stress on the form and may cause a crack.Three stars for manoeuvrability- it’s heavy (which is the point), no wheels and very little finger space underneath - be careful you don’t trap your fingers!!I think this really needs to stay in one place.Here’s hoping…

The packaging looks like it had been previously opened, then resealed badly! The parasol weight was broken into two pieces. The worst of it is it’s a very heavy item and we have to pay for the return which the third party company insist they must receive before they even consider a refund! Not impressed!

Great parasol base, looks really good plus nice and easy to assemble. We were looking for a heavy sturdy one and this fits the bill perfectly. We did have an issue with the first delivery which was resolved very efficiently and quickly by Claire in the CS team.

Love it - I’ve had many parasol bases but love the look of this one - granted only had it day but it seems sturdy - looks good as a free standing base and not hidden under a table - I bought the grey because I have grey rattan furniture and it matches perfectly - bought the 25kg and it’s very heavy for me but my husband manages it easily - worth paying a little extra in my opinion
