Dymatize Z Force

I have used this product on and off for over five years. While I am not sure about the testosterone boosting effects, I can tell you that it definitely aids my sleep quality. I sleep much harder and deeper when I am taking this stuff. I feel a lot more refreshed when I wake up and I have more energy to attack my workouts. If you want to sleep better and feel more refreshed for workouts I would definitely give this a try. Victor Conte, the BALCO guy, developed ZMA, not this product but the zinc magnesium blend, and Barry Bonds and Marion Jones were using ZMA. I think their results speak for themselves, give it a try.

It's hard to say about workout supplements as to exactly how well they work without lab testing. I've been told these help build muscle, etc. Do they? I don't know since I don't take things like this alone. I always use several different ones together, so maybe yes, maybe no. It depends on how I have to spend at the time on this stuff as to whether I get this.

This product is sketchy. I say this for a few reasons. I know a few other reviews said a pill or something broke open on the inside which is poor on the companies part. Also weird plastic wrapper crunched up on the inside. This isn't the industry standard like using cotton. It makes me feel un-easy to take this because I feel like someone is selling bunk products. Hopefully Amazon can contact the source of this product and work it out. Because I know dymatize puts out a better product than this.

I definitely have more vivid dreams, so the ZMA is in there. After more research and personal trials, I don't think this has much more to offer, especially in the higher test arena. Save your money unless you're just looking for more lucid dreams, or you're vegetarian and deficient in zinc and mag.

I can't be sure if it was the placebo effect or the pills actually helped but I felt more nergized in the gym and I was lifting heavier and more reps with ease. Bottle has been empty, i'm on a cut and was sick for a week and now my lifts went down a good bit, I am going to order more to see if it brings me back up. Recommended.

I liked because im sleeping better an also feel recovered after workouts. Also got the benefit of being a test booster since it contains tribulus and maca.

I'm not sure that this product benefit me or not because I started to use it now but i think is goodAs it contains material
