useful planner to organise yourself
It looks feels like a quality product in the hand, so I'm more likely to persevere with it. The 3 ribbon book markers are a nice little touch. Overall, it's one of the best I've seen and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful Quality System to Reach All Your Goals
Edit to add: it’s 2023 and I’m still using this system. I’ve been through a ridiculous amount of major life changes and it’s still working for me. I keep at least an extra years worth of these planners so they are ready to go. This is a fantastic system for anyone that wants to keep all their day to day to do’s, projects, ideas and short and long term goals in one place. Particularly such a lovely, high quality planner. Fantastic product! My original review: I’ve been meaning to review this planner for quite a while. I’ve used it for a year (it’s a 6 month planner, so 2 so far), purchased one for a friend and just set up my newest one for the beginning of 2020. I also have a new one for the second half of 2020 sitting in my cart. I absolutely love this planner and won’t be without one. I’ve used quite a few planners and productivity apps, both digital and paper. I was also a Daytimer devotee for quite a while but always found myself with a mountain of post it notes and needing extra pages for project planning. I was also very good at writing far more down then I could possibly get done in one day, both at work and at home. I finally decided it was time to switch systems and looked at quite a few, tried a fair amount and decided on the Gazelle planner. I’m so glad I did. I’m no longer looking for a better system. Now I’m busy getting things done! The planner is beautiful. I used a teal one for all of 2019 and have switched to pink for 2020. The colors are beautiful and the planner is hard bound but not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable to carry or throw in a purse. The paper quality is great and as a lover of colored pens, I’ve had no bleed through on my pages. The planner is divided into several sections and comes with quick start instructions. The very beginning of the planner includes a table of contents and a page for notes. There are more pages for notes at the back of the planner as well. I didn’t use the first note page when I started, but am currently using it as a review for the previous 6 months to remind myself what I’ve accomplished, new goals I may want to focus on in the future or ideas I want to carry into the next 6 months. The table of contents can be used to list special or important notes, projects etc. the planner also includes a vision board. To be honest, this wasn’t originally a big selling point for me, I’ve never used a vision board, but decided to try it this past 6 months after realizing I was spending a lot of time doing things that weren’t moving me towards my longer term goals. It’s been a big help. By reviewing it everyday before listing the tasks I want to accomplish so that something is included that gets me closer to where I want to be. The next section is the monthly pages which also include thoughts for the month, projects from your vision board and things you want to accomplish from your master list. There is also a place to list your weekly goals in this section. Next are your daily pages which include a to do list, a daily schedule, room to list 2 projects you want to focus on from your project section as well as what step you are working on. There’s also some self care items, like water and sleep tracking as well as a section to write down something g good in your life. I love the little reminder of something g positive, especially when I’m having one of those day’s. Following the daily pages is a project planner. There’s room to plan a lot of projects and this is one of my favorite sections. I use this section for both personal and professional projects and have not run out of room yet. I pick one personal and one work project each day to work on. It’s so easy to look at my projects and transfer a task towards each onto my monthly, weekly and daily tasks. This section is followed by a master list, what I call my brain dump area, and the a section for notes. I find that if I can get things down on paper where I know I won’t lose them, it frees up my brain to focus on the task at home. I will try to add some pictures or a video review at some point, but I know this is when many people are looking for the “Perfect Planner”. While different people have different needs, this is a planner that can be used in both your personal and professional life. It has a unique ability to pull everything together to help you finally accomplish things without spending half your time figuring out where to start. It’s a wonderful high quality tool to help you accomplish the things that are important to you in a beautiful book that you’ll enjoy using.

Molto ben fatto

After a 4-year search for the perfect planner, I have found "The One"
I'm an avid planner and have been looking for the best one for my particular planning requirements for the past four years. I have tried Panda Planner, Passion Planner, Erin Condren, and bullet journaling, but at long last I have found the Gazelle Planner. Only Gazelle Planner has led me to write a review, and this is my only review on Amazon. This planner achieves everything I was trying to do with all of my previous purchases. I love it so much I am contemplating buying a backup, kind of like a security blanket. I may not need the backup day to day, but knowing it's there would give me some sort of comfort. Probably this speaks more to my desire for control than anything specific about the Gazelle Planner, but I'll worry about any underlying psychological phenomena another day, because now I'm too busy scheduling all of my goals, completing my to-dos, monitoring my health, and generally tracking every aspect of my life in a way that is super satisfying. Now, for the technical details:SIZE - Pretty ideal. This would fit comfortably in most any handbag, but it's not too small. It's not super lightweight because it has a lot of pages (268) and the paper is high quality. That said, it is significantly lighter than my old 18-month Erin Condren (that planner made my shoulder ache after carrying it in a bag all day!) and also my Panda Planner Pro.COVER - It's lovely. I got the pink version as pictured, although I'm not sure the picture does it full justice. It’s a beautiful lightish (not pastel), warm pink. Not sickeningly girly or ostentatious but still a friendly, undeniably pink pink.PAPER - One of the best parts about Gazelle Planner, on par or close to on par with Passion Planner. I think Erin Condren is the top of the hierarchy when it comes to paper, but given how much weight it added to the planner’s heft, that became my least favorite aspect of it over time. With the Gazelle, I can still highlight and ink up the pages to my heart's content, with minimal-to-no visibility on the other side of the page, but I don’t feel like I’m risking a chiropractic emergency every time I carry it in a shoulder bag.RIBBONS – All versions of the Gazelle Planner come with three ribbons. The pink planner has pink to match the planner’s exterior as well as ivory and black ribbons. These colors are super complementary and add to the planner’s overall prettiness. I also use a sticky tab to mark my daily page, a personal preference honed over years of wanting maximally immediate access to that day.-Finally, as with most planners, it has a back pocket for keeping stamps, post-its, notes, etc.Regarding the pages’ contents, this is where Gazelle checks all of the specific boxes for me. Everyone is different in terms of what they want a planner to do for them, and I find the Gazelle has the right balance of scheduling, goal planning, health, and mindfulness, without asking me to pour out all my feelings over pages and pages (while I’d much rather use a journal for that. Or preferably suppress my feelings altogether).Noteworthy features:- 24-hour calendar: YES. Thank you, Gazelle Planner. Sometimes I’m a night owl and sometimes I wake up very early. I love that this planner permits my erratic schedule to recorded and scheduled. It infuriates me that most planners tell me the bulk of my productivity should occur before 10 or 11pm and mercilessly omit lines beyond midnight or even earlier. This is also a great feature for those in professions that require long/double/overnight shifts.- Vision Board: I have yet to make mine, but I like the idea of having two pages for visually representing goals. If you don't like vision boards, this only takes up two pages should you can't be too resentful about wasted pages.- Sleep Tracker: I really appreciate this feature, which asks when you went to bed and woke up, how many hours you slept, and most importantly, how you feel. It’s easy to determine patterns over time.- Project Trackers: This is another neat addition. Panda Planner has a similar feature for prioritizing projects, but Gazelle situates all of them at the back of the planner rather than the front (on the weekly pages, if I recall correctly). In the Gazelle's project tracker section, you can list a project and break it down to 8 step-by-step tasks. You can then add two of these projects to your daily page, which conveniently has a blank for you to write the page number on which the project and all of its steps can be found. This sounds more complicated than it actually is, and I don’t feel like I have to flip back and forth between sections as much as a I did with Panda Planner. With that one, over time I found that I didn’t even use the weekly pages anymore because they felt too cumbersome.- Things to Do: My favorite section of all. Located on every daily page, I can input all of my tasks for the day and determine which need to be allocated time on the schedule part of the page. It’s really satisfying to mark things off, and I often revisit previous days’ lists to catch tasks that still need completion.A final noteworthy feature is that the monthly layouts each have a weekly checklist with five blanks to list to-dos for that week. I really like that feature because I find my planning deadlines are often nebulous. It’s handy for those tasks that need to be scheduled at some point during a given week but don’t require formal placement on a specific day.I could go on and on about the Gazelle Planner. If you value similar function and form in a planner as I do, you’ll surely be pleased with this purchase.

Lots of Nice Features
I've been using my first Gazelle Planner for about 6 months now and have ordered my second. After searching through many planners, this one had many features that I like: 24 hour day, decent size, not too big, good quality paper, personal trackers such as amount of sleep, a gratitude space, and a healthy habits tracker. Am I drinking my water, eating healthy, exercising? Even if I don't use them every day, as in the example, I like that they are there. There is plenty of space to put what you want at the top or bottom in the margins. I like to put an inspirational thought in the top margin. My page sample shows one say I used the planner. I sometimes would number the task list and put the numbers in the daily 24 hours list to help prioritize and save space in the hours list. My favorite feature is the project planning section. I am in academics and so many planners are geared toward business and not academics, but this one is very flexible for use in whatever occupation or hobby you want to pursue. Academics involves a lot of projects with lots of details that are hard to manage. The projects pages helps so much with this. The daily projects in focus section helps me focus on certain projects each day and not get lost in details, which is what I need. Another way I used the planner was to cut off the ribbons and replace them with stick on tabs, as shown in the first photo. I think this time I will try leaving the ribbons on and still using the tabs. I think the tabs will help me find sections and the ribbons the things I am working on this day. There are a couple of reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. One is the construction, though that was not a big issue. The elastic came undone, however, I must say that true to her word, Kathy's customer service was excellent. She walked me through fixing my ribbon with photos and after I fixed it using white glue it was fine from then on and did not come loose again. She has addressed this issue and I do not expect it to be a problem with the new planner. The binding started to give, probably because I stuffed too much in the back pocket, but once I got more careful about that, it stayed together fine for the rest of the time. I would also like to see a larger weekly vision section (or some other way to catch the weekly vision a little better) and more blank pages at the back, but those things are not preventing me from trying this again for another six months. The project planning is the main winner for me along with the personal daily spaces.
