This was my first experience with taking probiotics. TMI Altert! With that said, these made me soooo regular. It was like clock work every morning, sometimes twice a day. I knew my intestines and my colon was probably very clean because of the frequency and the size of the excrement passed.The second reason I love these is actually why I wanted to try them in the first place: I USED TO suffer from repeat yeast infections due to birth control pills, however with these I never saw the issue again.I'm sorry for the very intimate details and sensitive nature of the information, but I needed to state them so that readers can get an idea of the effectiveness of the supplements.I am trying a different brand presently, that's geared towards women, but I doubt they can top these.

these are the best probiotics i have ever taken! i love them. I saw results in just a few days. I take two a day. one in the morning and one at night. They worked quickly to fix my stomach after a hard spell of antibiotics. all that good bacteria was lacking. it also helped with my bloating due to being lactose intolerant. combined with my lactose pills, this was the best results i have ever seen and has helped me enjoy some of my favorite dairy products again!

I just began to used it 4 days ago and so far it is doing me plenty of good. I will rate again in one month time

My allergies are gone

It is true that the lactic acid is good for the body. I want to eat well live lactobacillus packed immunity. Both effects seem to eat better and better as the years roll on.

In comparison PB8 and effectiveness have not been eating and feel the difference.Reduce the number of times I had stomachache.Too bad the price is relatively expensive part.
