So happy to find this!Excellent for filling cracks along where exterior walls meet the cement surrounding cement walkways and patio.Allows for expanding and contracting without cracking...perfect for hot Arizona summer and also summer monsoon rains!Note....the gray is grittier and pastier to apply and use than the white...but, perfect for repairing cement cracks and sealing wall to cement joints. EXCELLENT Customer Service too! When I called the manufacturer to ask about adhering ability to some existing caulking, received the best info. And, she also told me of one of their other products when I asked about 'self-leveling'. GREAT PRODUCT!

This product was used to seal sections of a 30 year old faux brick concrete driveway and after one winter season in the Chicagoland Area the color is beginning to separate and stain the original concrete. Hopefully power-washing will remove the color as soon as its warm ups. Other than that worked well. 4-6-24Update: unfortunately power washing is only effective to remove color bleed by completely stripping the enhancing sealer, very expensive, down to the original concrete. I thought you all should know before using this product. 4-13-24

This caulk is oil based and does a great job of staying adhered to cedar siding. Cedar has a lot of oils so regular acrylic or silicone caulk will stick initially bit does not last. The vulkem stays pliable and moves with the siding instead of breaking apart. Painting over it was easy, after some cure time. The clean up is not as easy as a water base and you need mineral spirits to get your hands clean. The quality and durability far outweigh the cleanup process, great caulk.
