Would this be an appropriate option for a tween needing her first moisturizer? (She already uses cetaphil face wash).

Yes this will be perfect. Its not very heavy buts its hydrating. I also use the Cetaphil cleanser. I use the garnier brightening sunscreen over this.

Does this moisturizer have SPF?

There are 2 options. 1 has spf and the other does not. It's nice to have a choice as sometimes certain sunscreens can be irritating.

Is this free of parabens pls confirm?
