EDIT: Dropped to 2 stars because the bracket completely lost all integrity and the chair is literally unusable, it is tilted downward at a 45 degree angle. Great for the first year, but the metallurgy of the bracket connecting the chair to the stage leaves a lot to be desired.EDIT: Dropped to 3 stars, because while it was great for a year, after a year the bracket which attaches the hydraulic base to the seat has deformed, making the chair extremely unstable and wobbly, and essentially unusable. Hopefully I can order a replacement part, because this was a bit much to spend on a chair if it only lasts about a year.The seat cushion is fantastically thick, which is a major point of concern for me with any chair I may buy. The lumbar cushion is great; it felt awkward for the first 30 seconds, but immediately thereafter I couldn't imagine not having it. All of the functions work well, assembly was relatively quick and all necessary parts were included (hey, that's not always the case).In general, if I haven't updated this review to indicate some problem down the line, assume all is well.

I work a lot from home on the computer and game a lot so I wanted a comfortable chair to help with posture. After some easy assembly the chair was put together and felt amazing. However the chair arrived damaged and I wasn't able to lay the seat back. I contacted the company through Amazon and was helped almost immediately and was sent the part I needed quickly. The lay back feature is really comfortable to take a quick nap at the desk or relaxing when using my tablet or phone. Besides the problems involved I'm glad I bought this chair and will enjoy it for years to come.

I am so happy with this chair! It is very well constructed and overall pretty comfortable. It swivels, rocks, and rolls extremely well. The high back headrest is perfect! Only thing that I kinda didn't try for long was the leg-rest attachment, it felt a little too close to the seat for my height. I'm 5' 11" and I ended up not leaving it attached, maybe I'll give it another try later. But overall this is great chair.

Love the design of the chair, the racing seat style makes it great for gaming. After a week of owning this chair I made the mistake of leaning too far back while stretching and sneezed and the chair fell over with me and broke one of the legs the bottom casters go to. I contacted the company and right away they emailed me back and got right down to the issue, told me to send in pictures of what was broken, with a day they issued me a new bottom under warranty. Kept me up to date daily on shipment details and what I would be receiving, I have absolutely no complaints ab the customer service, the chair is equally as nice. Will definitely recommend.

Great chair and customer service. Purchased this chair to finish of a gaming area. It was super easy to put together and did not take long. I did have a small problem, but the customer service was quick in response and fixing the issue. I was shocked at just how quick they helped out. Great Chair.

Easy to put together, very very cute, and most importantly, extremely comfortable. I love the foot rest and the lumbar support. For reference, I'm 5'2" and don't feel like I'm too small for this chair like I do with other desk chairs!

I couldn’t be happier with this chair honestly. I’m 6’5” 300+lbs, and I stream constantly (DanskiGG on Twitch) and this came in 3 days after I ordered it. It’s very supportive, cushions are firm but comfortable. The lumbar support makes me back feel SO much better during gaming which is great because like I said I’m a big guy. I can see this fitting anyone comfortably even most big hipped people within the weight limit of the chair.

The gas spring has been replaced once. The entire seat still leans forward. The base unit with the wheels has to be defective because I swapped with my sons gaming chair and the chair now supports my legs and sits great. I need the gas spring and the base unit with the wheels replace as they have to be a manufacture defect. Company replaced entire chair.
