So, it's a good USB drive, delivers on everything, fast speed, etc etc. The reason I'm writing this review, though, is that I accidentally put it through THREE washing machine cycles totalling a minimum of 2 hours underwater, with detergent and agitation, and left to dry for at least a week in between. I finally found the USB not 2 minutes ago right after wash cycle 3. I plugged it in, and it's still working. Like it never even happened. Transfer speeds of about 240 MB/s steady. Easy five stars.

I've ordered it fulfilled by amazon from seller "ECS Distribution", but I received the silver one instead of titan gray though I think it is Amazon's fault. The product itself feels like premium with good read and write speeds. Sequential read and write are at about 305 & 35 MBps respectively. Random read and write are at about 13 and 16 Mbps respectively.

I love these drives. Nice sturdy all-metal package really help keep the device from heating up too much. You also get some great read speeds for large sequential files, and the write speeds are pretty decent too. I compared this drive directly with similarly-priced Sandisk and Kingston drives and none were anywhere near the performance of the Samsung. I've attached a photo of my benchmark.

Love the size and construction of this flash drive. Perfect for carrying on your key ring. Very sturdy with a metallic case, protected from water, radiation,dropping and a few other things. It's USB 3.1 standard and i found it very fast on USB 3.0 devices and even faster on USB 3.1. If you want a good solid reliable drive this is it.

Build is fantastic - solid and metallic. Very nicely designed. Read speed is very good, but write speed seems spotty. I definitely won't use it to write 1080p or 4K videos.
