Tera's Whey Goat Protein, Vanilla Honey, 12 oz

I have loved Tera goat whey for years. Now I order online because I am far and away from a health retail store. I just love this product! Goat digests in short order which is why it is not considered true dairy. Cow protein is contradictory in my opinion. We are just not designed to digest that which it is why it takes hours to digest.

Taste is not bad, but not delicious, have to try and add it to a smoothie. Nice and light. Easy to digest. Healthy. Good source of protein.

Still looking for something that tastes great. There is a protein Xyng that is delicious but made with cow whey and soy that causes problems with my allergies. This product does not create the issues but the taste really isn't great.

Highly don’t recommend. I could not drink it. Wish I could send it back! I couldn’t get it down. Tastes just like a goat. I figured it would taste more like milk, not like the farm.
