Great backpack! Highly recommend!
This backpack has quite a few miles under its wheels. I've wheeled it through airports, onto many planes, and through multiple hotel doors. I've taken out the back pack straps when needed and used it that way. Though it's a little bulky on the back, I feel that is to be expected.Recently it has been used to cart music books and countless teacher related items into my studio. The *only* issue I've had was when the mesh cup holder on the side caught on a metal protrusion at an airport on its first trip. I can sew it up, I just haven't yet.

Good design, has an early problem with a wheel. Received a replacement, sent "next day".
I got this as a gift for someone after doing hours of research. The needed specific features and this one fit the bill. The problem is one of the wheel chipped vey badly and now the backpack does not roll smoothlyI contacted the company and they have been piss poor in responding. This came with a supposed Lifetime Warranty. That is a joke considering the don't respond.**Update**Matein customer support reached out to me through "Whatsapp", it seems their emails started going to my spam folder. They are now sending a replacement backpack.I will update to 5 stars once I receive the item.Received a replacement very quickly !

Wish I bought this sooner!
I wish I had bought this rolling backpack sooner. It saved my back from the weight of carrying my laptop, power bank & cords, and everything else i need to be mobile. It’s so easy and convenient to roll around, and getting through doors and elevators is a breeze. I honestly thought it would be more of a hassle, which is why I kept putting it off, but I’m glad I finally made the decision to try it.

Impressed with Rolling Backpack
Very roomy to fit a laptop and a lunchbag comfortably. Haven't quite stuffed it to the brink, but seems like it can do it. The handle and maneuverability is quite impressive. Going over semi uneven and rough sidewalk terrain, it didn't skip a beat. So far satisfied with this purchase.

Incredibly sturdy and very spacious
I bought this bag for my college nursing bookload. In the past, I've also tended to carry in my school bags everything that I could ever conceivably need for any situation—this has been an issue on my back in the past, so a rolling backpack especially was important to me to get for that reason as well. I had bought another rolling backpack on Amazon before for a similar price, but it didn't have as many pockets as it first appeared, and the ones it did competed with the other pockets around it for space, so if you used one pocket then the rest would be inaccessible. With one minor exception, every pocket in this bag does not have this issue. There are a very large number of pockets in this bag, especially in the forward compartments, but there are still enough in the main compartment that I can keep my soft books, papers, and hard books all separate from one other. Even when it's cramped to capacity, the zipper holding the compartment together doesn't feel at any structural risk. The rod that runs through the back of the bag and into the handle is not separated from the main compartment's back by anything but a somewhat thin material, and you can feel through to it with a hand. There's a soft and thin styrofoam lining that helps keep it from jutting against the rest of what you might store in the main compartment, but the cloth separating back can be opened to put more stuffing there if you're worried about it. Putting more in there to buffer around the rod and make sure it doesn't push against your things shouldn't decrease space by much of anything. I haven't done anything with it yet, as the styrofoam lining is effective enough for me.The handle itself is a little bit testy sometimes when you try to push it back down, but that feels like such a nitpick compared to everything else the bag does well. It's surprisingly light on its own, and its backpack straps fold up extremely, extremely neatly so that you don't have to deal with fighting them ever. They attach to the bottom of the bag by a stable hook when you want to use them, and they can detach to tuck away tightly and completely when you're done with them. There's no having to feed them through straps and adjusting and readjusting them each time you want to put them on. I only switch this to be a backpack on my back when I'm trudging through snow for up to fifteen minutes, but I don't find getting it together very difficult. It's not comfortable when worn that way, but this bag has the most effective design I can think of for backpack straps on what should generally be a rolling backpack. It has two bottle holders on each side of the bag which are made out of cloth on the bottom with more mesh towards the top. They're very sturdy, and so far I haven't had issues with putting water bottles in either one, so long as it doesn't have a really weirdly large base. I'm not afraid of this part of the bag breaking over time: it's not flimsy at all.Another small thing about the extended handle is that it's surprisingly not uncomfortable to use as someone who's 5'3", but there's a lot of room that I think that someone much taller than me wouldn't be uncomfortable at all using it. I'm on the very shorter end of comfortable use.The bag is capable of handling water (or, well, melted fallen snow, from where I'm from) to an extent, but I don't think you could throw it in a pool. It's just the kind of water resistant that you would hope to expect from a good backpack, where it can handle the elements to a reasonable (but not magical) extent.I jam this thing full of stuff. Occasionally, I have to put it in a tall and narrow school locker. It fits in perfectly neatly, and I don't have to fight to pull it out. It kind of shocked me when I first saw it manage that.Given its surprising quality, I would struggle to justify buying a different bag at this price point. I can't think of any particular issues other than what I mentioned further up. I don't really post reviews, but I feel obligated to post one to glow about this backpack because it's been just so reliable. I'll return to this review in a few months to update it based on how the backpack holds up over time.

Rolling backpack.
Bought for my son to return to school after having appendicitis. He wasn't able to lift his normal backpack after surgery. This really helped out to lighten the load and make his transition back to school easier.
