An top quality piece of kit.
I bought the 32" version to replace a set of rather cheap loppers with extending handles. This device is wonderful! It is a bit heavier, but needs far less effort to use than our old loppers, and easily cuts anything I have been able to fit into its jaws, including stems well over 1" in diameter. I am very impressed - and just wish I had bought it years ago!

They give a good clean cut without unnecessary force however on the downside shape of cutters make it hard to get around branches at times
