PrimaSleep 12 Inch Multi-Layered I-Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress, Cal King

Okay this is going to be more of a first impression review I will definitely update it later to give you more of an extended review. We received this mattress yesterday it came a couple days later than Amazon predicted but I'm not worried about that because it was advertised as extended delivery. The packaging process is awesome I love how small they can make it the box it came in was roughly 3 ft tall by 1 foot by 1 foot. And that's for a king size mattress. I am overly impressed with the look feel and comfort of this mattress. The cover on the mattress gives a nice luxury look and feel to it. I had seen some other reviews that said this mattress was either too soft or too firm for them honestly I'm feeling like Goldilocks because this one is just right. It has plenty of support for you back as well as the soft factor to be nice and comfortable. I weigh upwards of 280 lb I'm about 6 ft 5, and this thing is big enough and strong enough to support me. I have seen very minimal reviews on this, so I know it's important to do a solid review. I mainly want to let you guys know that this is not a cheap mattress it may be low in price but the quality is amazing. I would like to point out one small defect that most people should not have to worry about. But on the top edge of the mattress it looks like at the factory somebody grabs the mattress to move it and then a chunk of the foam came off in their hand now I will also say that's the chunk of foam that was torn off was still inside of the mattress cover so I was able to slide it back into place however it was not in perfect condition, a very minor issue definitely not worth the return, so we called Amazon to see what they could do and they were very kind and we're able to compensate us with a 20% discount on the item. As with 99.9% of things that I purchased from Amazon I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the product and the purchase process. Amazon you guys are an amazing company and I love how you handle things you always take care of us and that's why you guys will have our business. As I said I will update this review later on after I spend a month or so sleeping on it but from the very first reactions on the first night sleeping on it I want to say that I am overly impressed. One last thing to add some reviews are saying that memory foam mattresses have a strong odor to them when you open them out of the package, this one did have a slight odor however it was nowhere near what I imagined after reading reviews. The odor was very faint and dissipated quickly. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 stars and I would not hesitate to purchase this mattress again. Love it! I chose this mattress initially because it had no terrible reviews, and was a great value. I received it yesterday (a few days early), unrolled it, it inflated right away. Sturdy packaging, nice construction, no odor at all, and came packed with a few silicon anti-moisture packets. Was able to unroll and position it by myself. Fits the full length and width of my metal queen ikea bedframe. Within a couple hours it was fully decompressed. Seems very comfortable, using it as a guest bed. To me, it has a medium feel at first, but surrounds your body more like a plush after a minute. I highly recommend this mattress, would buy one again.*UpdateHave since napped on this mattress, and had overnight guests. After settling, it has a medium-firm feel at first, then soon molds to your body. It offers great support and I still love it!

Okay so you saw this mattress and now you’re reading through the reviews thinking “how in the heck is this $300 mattress getting all these stellar reviews, this has to be a very elaborate scam” (at least that’s what I was thinking). Well it’s not. I have no idea how they made such a quality mattress so cheap but it is how it is.I ordered the king size and it came in a box about the size of a mini fridge. I got it upstairs (easier than I thought it would be) and unfolded it onto my bed frame. As soon as I cut the vacuum packing it instantly rose to about 8 inches and only took around 3 hours to reach the full 12.At first when I laid down on it I thought dang this is really firm for a memory foam, but after laying there for a few minutes I decided to roll over only to realize that it was totally conformed to my body, while being totally supportive at the same time. Amazing. Feels better than any name brand I’ve laid on. Tempurpedic, Purple, Casper, etc have obviously been price gouging if a better product can be made this cheap. If you still aren’t convinced I don’t know what to tell you.

I was skeptical of the product due to the price, but I have to admit that it is comfortable to sleep on. We replaced a very expensive traditional mattress with this one and have no regrets. This mattress is longer than the previous one. Our sheets fit, but are easy to pull off the corners. The edges seem to have less support, but overall, it sleeps great and we should have purchased this much sooner. This is a no-brainer purchase if you have a worn out mattress or need one for a guest room.

Like others, I was skeptical about ordering a mattress that I didn't try before buying. Also, I never have tried a mattress in a box and was concerned about the quality. How could something rolled up like that actually expand into a real mattress. I didn't have a big budget for a new mattress so, I picked this mattress because it was affordable for me. Although, my final decision was definitely made by the reviews this mattress received. I don't know why but, I never write reviews, I just read them, this one, I had to write about. It was exactly as described, It arrived quicker than expected. I put it on my existing box spring and followed the directions. It immediately expanded to about 10 inches ( I purchased the 12 inch mattress). There was no odor at all. The directions stated not to put on mattress cover, sheets and additional bedding for 48 hours to allow it time to fully expand to its 12 inches. So I waited the full amount of time. The first time I slept on the mattress, I was amazed. It was firm but yet conformed to my body (not squishy at all) . I am usually a person that toss and turns to find a comfortable spot. When I slept on this mattress, I woke up in the same spot I fell asleep in, which is AMAZING to me. I cannot express how pleased I am. The only other thing I can say is, the reviews were correct, I too, give this mattress a 5 star review. It deserves it!!! Would 100% recommend purchasing. You won't be disappointed.
