More than money value
It's almost like a new. I have seamlessly gone through the Asian History course this spring semester with this book. I appreciate the seller.

It was good and what I expected for class.
It was a Blessing to be able to get this textbook at such a low price for my Survey of Asian History Class at Lee University. It was in adequate condition!

Decent Book
I bought this book because it was required for a college course I was taking. Although there are many other great books covering the topic of Asia's history, Murphey did an exemplary job of explaining the past to the present and exploring topics of culture, religion, and others. If you're looking for something to read and enjoy this may not be the book for you, but if you are studying the history of Asia, I would suggest it for you.

Bought the book, loved the course.
Aced this course! The book was in awesome shape but I left a bottle of water in my bag on a humid day and decided I wouldn't try to return it. I kind of got the first 20 pages wet. Did not feel right sending that back so I bought the book at the end of the rental cycle.As for the book itself, I think i will keep it. I have had to refer to it in other courses. I am getting my degree in I.T. but the general topic was one that I don't mind keeping this on a bookshelf.

Worth the price but missing pages
Book was as expected for being used. Was unaware however it was missing over 30 pages between Chapter 14-15. Had to print the pages from the computer.

Pretty much like new!
Had it not been for the highlighted potions I would have never known it was a used book. All in all I wish it were not highlighted but at the deep discount from the original price I can't complain.

Great History Book!
I am glad my professor chose this textbook, it is a well written source to learn the history of Asia. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to learn about this topic. The book jumps back and forth between regions and may be a slightly confusing cover-to-cover read for some. I would recommend reading about one region at a time for independent study.
