Perfect For My Needs!
I wanted a sprayer for olive oil. I eat "healthy" popcorn every single night; by healthy I mean I coat it lightly in olive oil, add some garlic salt and shake it around in a bowl to distribute everything - as opposed to microwave popcorn with all sorts of junk added. But I've been using an oil drizzler bottle and I know I've been using more oil than necessary. I was considering a Misto, in fact I was quite decided on one until I happened to see this option. I looked at both items in a kitchen supply store where I could get a feel for both firsthand. I liked the fine mist concept of the Misto but what really sold me on the Evo was the large size; it holds 18 ounces as opposed to Misto which only holds about 2 1/2 ounces! Since I use it every night, that's a lot less refilling for the Evo.The Evo does not spray a fine mist, be sure you know that. It's a spray, but much heavier than a mist. It sprays in a fan shape, a little wider than I'd prefer but since my main use is on large bowls of popcorn it's no big deal. The spray might be a bit wide to coat very small baking pans but should be fine for regular size pans. It hasn't clogged yet as others have mentioned. It's very ergonomic to hold, it feels nice in the hand. It comes with rubber band type labels with various oils in case you want to have a few of these. One thing I really like is the included funnel, which is small but screws right onto the bottle, so it doesn't wobble all over the place while you're refilling it. That turned out to be a surprisingly handy feature for me, it makes refilling easy and neat. The oil doesn't leak out of the sprayer and run down the bottle either, which it tends to do with my drizzle bottle. I also like that I don't need to pump it each time I use it - to me that just means one less thing to go wrong. So far no complaints at all. It was worth every penny, especially now that I'm using much less olive oil on my nightly popcorn!**UPDATE August 26 2015** I have discovered I can't live without this thing, it's my go-to kitchen gadget. I use it for far more than the popcorn I mentioned in my original review above, I use it to coat baking pans, frying pans, everything. I'd say I use it every day for one thing or another. The other day I foolishly left it too close to a hot pan and burned a hole in the bottle, I was furious. These aren't cheap, but I knew I had to replace it immediately, so I ordered another and just the 2 day wait for Prime delivery was torture. The new one is here now and life is good again. I seriously love this thing.

Olive oil is expensive; get this!
This little gizmo is impressive. Olive oil was always expensive, but since COVID-19, has become more expensive and is often unavailable at Warehouse as well as grocery stores. I usually use what I want from my pour bottle, but often pour more oil than is needed. Now with Evo, I can spray precisely the quantity I want on chops, shrimp, lamb, chicken, and salmon or whatever. It coats your pan and/or whatever you’re doing evenly. It even makes a salad taste better as your greens will never be oily from over-saturation.At first, I thought it was too expensive for a simple spray bottle. But then after careful examination, it’s just right. Why? The bottle is designed and colored to make your oil last longer because of the tinting. Sunlight can prematurely age some oils. The sprayer is way more robust than a standard sprayer along with the broader, clog-free tube that has a permanent curve reaching the bottom of the jar for every last drop before you “have” to refill. It comes with rubber bands printed on both sides and inside out with the name of the oil. Very useful if you use multiple oils, i.e., canola, vegetable, grapeseed, etc.. You are also supplied with a funnel that is perfectly designed for the bottle; you won’t spill a drop as you refill.Love this little sprayer; will probably buy a second one as a spare just in case they sell out or they become unavailable—one last caveat. I thought the bottle is made of glass; it’s plastic. Now I am happy because I dropped it once. If glass, I would have had a mess of glass and oil all over the counter and floor. Plastic is the best and well thought out.

Not perfect, but better than Misto!
I have had it with the Misto sprayers. I've purchased 4 of them in the past year and none of them still works. So I was looking for something that works differently. So here's what's good about it: it works (at least, so far -- two of the Misto sprayers I purchased didn't work right out of the box). It has a nozzle that swivels -- you can spray or stream or turn it off. Here's what's bad about it: The spray isn't as fine as the Misto. Not nearly. I sprayed it on crumb topping tonight and it moved some of the topping around -- it comes out with that much force. And it drips.Something that could be good or bad, depending on your preference: It's HUGE! Take note, dear shopper, this thing holds 18 ounces of oil! I considered buying the two 8 ounce ones. I *would* have bought 1 8-ounce one for $15, but they didn't give me that option. I don't need 2 of these things, so paying $5 more for 2 small ones just doesn't make sense, especially since I didn't know if I would even like it. This thing takes up twice as much space on my counter as the Misto. I suppose I will be glad when I don't have to refill it as often, but I kind of wish this was 12 ounces. That seems about right to me.Another note: This comes with a teeny little funnel, which I will probably have lost before it's time to fill this thing again. Nice touch, but not really necessary. I'd rather not have it and save $1. It also comes with 3 different colored rubber "collars' you can put on it so if you have two or more, you can tell them apart. Another nice, if unnecessary touch. I could see wanting that for the smaller ones.I think this will suit most of my needs, but it is not perfect. I will come back and edit this post if this thing stops working at some point.Added 10 months later: Okay, I still have this and it still works. And I still agree with everything I've said above: It's too big, and it drips, and the spray is not "fine" in consistency. But it still works and I'm mostly happy with it. At least it wasn't a waste of money. They should sell an 8 oz. one without the funnel or the different colored collars and charge $15 for it.
