Manna must taste like this
Where has this been all my life??? I love honey and usually buy organic, raw, and/or with propolis. I've had all kinds of honey and wanted to try a creamed one. This was on the Wish List because I was just curious about white honey.First, let me compliment the seller on the packaging. This was encased in one of those bubble envelopes that you could sit on and not burst. Also, there is the safety tape showing that the jar has not been opened. Now - on to the taste and texture. This stuff is like edible sunshine. It's smooth and has the spreadability of regular peanut butter. I got my first taste by spreading sliced brioche loaf with cream cheese and then topping it with this honey. Talk about discovering a new taste. I am sure that this is what manna from Heaven would taste like.It is pricey and if I had to buy it for myself, I would need to save up! I guess I better leave some more hints for my family to check my Wish List! This is totally worth it because I've never tasted honey so good. It's even awesome in my tea. Usually, I can't take a mouthful of straight honey, but this is so differently sweet and luscious that I tried it off the spoon. Yummy. Still, it's almost too sweet to eat straight but YUMMY.By the way, I can't believe that there are only 22 (Tablespoon) servings. For some reason, there seems to be a lot more than that. I will find out because I plan to keep using a tablespoon each day on my breakfast or snack bread.

Not white, not creamed, not fresh.
I was so looking forward to getting this honey because I'm dying to try a real white honey but this is the second brand I've purchased recently that claims to be white creamed honey and instead it's liquid blonde. Not only that but this is 2 year old honey on top of that and is about to expire in two months. Wtf man are you serious? I'm so disappointed and such a waste of money. Honestly all i want is for the advertised product. How hard is that? When i saw the other reviewers beautiful perfectly white creamy honey i was drooling trying to imagine the taste and texture of that but again i was disappointed and let down. I swear Amazon just seems to be nothing but scammers these days and you never know what you're getting. However i will say after trying it the taste is phenomenal. I'm sure that if it was fresh and creamy white like it's supposed to be it would be a million times better. Also it came very well packaged and sealed but unfortunately it is 2 years old and just shy of expired already. I would have given this a 5 star rating had i been given the product i though i was getting.

Wonderfully tasty!
This honey was my first taste of honey from this region. I love honey and decided to try different ones from around the world. This raw honey is white. It has a slightly frothy texture upon your tastebuds and tactile wise when spooning. It has a lighter feel than expected as you spoon it out as well. It definitely melts a bit slower in hot liquids than most clear amber honey and even opaque amber honey. The flavor of this honey is remarkable. It is unbelievably sweet with very mild floral tones. The honey also has a very mild hint of a buttery flavor to go along with its somewhat soft buttery texture. This honey is definitely a unique, bold and flavorful one that easily and tastily sweetens teas, coffees, and even homemade chocolate very well. I have yet to try it on pastries, baking or my homemade cranberry sauce as I'll need to purchase a larger volume. I don't think anyone would be sorry to spend the money to try this honey. I believe you'll really like it. It's definitely worth having in your cupboard even if you're not a honey fanatic. Go for it and enjoy!

Incredible purcahse overall
I was very skeptical ordering honey online because I obviously had no way of smelling or tasting it before. The reviews I read about honey from Kyrgyzstan were incredible so it was well worth the risk. The price per ounce of this stuff seems almost too reasonable for a high end honey so I was happy to try it. This is amazing. It smells and tastes floral and sweet but in an entirely natural way. Apparently bees in this area feed on the Sainfoin plant which give it that smell and taste. The texture is much easier to work with than standard honey and it's overall less sticky too. It basically melts in your mouth once it mixes with saliva or juice if you're eating it with something else. Paired with an apple is absolute perfection. The aftertaste and mouth feel afterwards is minimal. The entire process of eating it is so light and clean. Highly recommended. I look forward to trying their other types.

This beekeeper's honey is amazing. Paradise in a jar.
I could not believe the texture of this stuff. It stretches out of the jar and is an unearthly white. I didn't know what kind of honey person I was going to be at the beginning of this journey, and as it turns out, I like anything that works no matter the texture or intensity. The diversity is an unexpected surprise. I would compare the texture to a soft taffy but that's not quite doing At-Bashi justice because you can tell it's organically unique in nature. Gentle floral flavors, but not anemic in flavor at all, just subtle, and complex. Amazing stuff. You have to close your eyes, it's almost visual it's so beautiful. I love this person's honey. I have not tried the golden one yet only because it looks too much like a lot of honey I've had (I'll get to it) but the two I have had so far are really beautiful beautiful beautiful. You feel like you're having an exotic experience when you eat this honey.

My Favorite
There are too many variations of honey for so many different taste buds out there but for me, this is the best honey I believe I've ever had. Creamy, spreads easily, and not as messy as most honey I've tried. It hasn't turned to sugar like many other honey types I've tried. It's my favorite. I still occasionally eat other types but this is my favorite.

The only issue I have with this product is that 8oz don’t equate to 1barrel.
When I tell you this is delicious, I ain’t lying! I’m from the south USA so I love biscuits and honey butter. This actually taste better than regular golden honey. If you’ve stumbled across this like I did, and wondering if you should buy it, BUY IT!!! In fact, setup regular deliveries of it.
