Spectro Oil R.HDPG6 Heavy Duty Platinum Full Synthetic 6spd Trans Lube 1 Quart

Best oil that I’ve came across for a HD transmission. I run a Baker Grudgebox and as soon as i went to this transmission oil, it started shifting smooth as butter!

This is a great product for the new Harley six speed transmissions. Quits down 5th gear, runs cooler, easy to find neutral, much better than screaming eagle syn,Transmission was very noisy with original fluid and Screaming eagle syn, changed out fluid to Spectro heavy duty platinum 6 speed and Trans quieted right down and runs cooler and smoother.Review from now my second bottle, trans still quiet easy to find neutral. Great product for the late model 6 speed Harley.s

I've had a couple Harleys that seem to have clunky shifting or difficulty finding neutral. I've tried a number of brand names but this got great reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. So far I am very very happy with it. The other upside is that it has a red tinge of color to it which makes it so much easier to show up on my Chrome dipstick when I check the level.

I used this in my 2015 Road Glide in both the chaincase and transmission prior to a recent 1,500 mile road trip, and my bike never shifted so easily or smoothly. It actually took some getting used to, because such a light touch on the shift lever was all it needed. I will definitely use this again.

Tranny does seem a bit smoother with neutral being just a tad bit better than it was. Now I just bought this bike recently (2018 street glide special) from a wholesaler, so I have no idea what was in it. It had no color so I can only speculate. With that being said, I run Redline heavy Shockproof syn in my ‘01 king and that is the smoothest best oil I have tried in that bike. Unfortunately, I’m hearing and reading that Redline oil doesn’t play well with 6 speed trannys

I used Spectro in tranny much smother shifting. Makes finding neutral a lot easier and quieter. Used in 2013 Ultra
