I was very surprised by this book. I knew God was taking me in a direction to learn about intercession. Even if my mother is an intercessor, I could not understand her way of teaching me. This book taught me in a way I could understand. Next step is application and allowing the Holy Spirit to lead me.In this book I feel the Holy Spirit used Jennifer to take you on this journey that allows you to see how God works together, with you, to overcome powers held over your life (or your surroundings). Unity in prayer, for Gods will, is crucial in these days.If you're working in ministry and are having a difficult time I really suggest picking this book up. The experiences she has been through will help you find your way in Gods ministry He has called you to. As a young minister this book has really opened my eyes (also makes me feel like I'm not crazy).

Wow!!! I picked it up after dinner and finished reading in the same night because I could not put it down!!! GREAT book for ANYONE who wants a more effective prayer life and to understand the power of prayer ~ God's way. If you've ever prayed for someone else...or told someone "I'm praying for you"...and you sincerely meant it...you need this book! I might even say that if you've ever asked people to pray for you...you need this book! (Learn about the prayer of agreement). Effective prayer is more than saying "I'm praying for you"...it's a POWERFUL WEAPON in the hands of someone who understands it's power and uses it effectively and after reading this, my prayers are going to another level! Wow!!!

So much material that I was never taught...We all need to learn added things but so much aid given in this book. Jennifer congrats to you and all you have shared...Feel as if there is greater insights to my prayer life and will be able to help others, as well as myself...All should have this book for the wonderful information shared and backed up with Bible verses. truly a life changer for me....Thank-you so very much! I’ve been an intercessor for greater than 20 years. This book brought back memories of similar experiences I’ve learned and further sharpened and explained things providing solid foundation. I shared this book with our Intercessory prayer ministry at the church and we have grown tremendously in confidence, understanding and authority! Anyone serious about prayer would benefit and should keep this handy!

This is a jewel of a book on prayer. Jennifer Eivaz explains prayer in simple terms and goes in depth as well. Why even pray? What is prayer? She explains all of this and more. A lot of believers have yet to tap into the authority given to them through communication with God. She even touches on fasting in the Intercessor's Handbook. Blessings flow and battles are won through prayer, which Jennifer goes through extravagantly in this writing.

I had my doubts about some of the "almost to good to be true" stories in this book but God still used it to speak to my heart.I thought I was going crazy because of my reactions to 'things' at times but as I know I have the gift of Discernment of spirits, the author helped me understand why I have these reactions. I'm not going crazy, I have a gift! I am inspired by the principles outlined in the book and will definitely read this book again, and again.Well written, inspiring and a must-have manual for budding intercessors.

It was great to read about another's walk in intersession. There have been so many times in my litre that I thought I was crazy. Many people have accused me of "reading their mail." I have kept my " knowing" secret because of the unbelief in the church regarding the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I am looking forward to using this book as a teaching aid in studying prayer and specifically intercession.

This is the book of its kind that I've ever read, and much needed in the church today. Jennifer gives real life examples of her interaction with the spiritual world. What a blessing to glean from her. She talks about our spiritual authority, territorial spirits, angels and more. And every chapter ends with bullet point prayer principles. I would recommend this book to every Intercessor, or anyone wanting to know more about the unseen spiritual world.

Im still reading this. Its an easy steady read. So far its not impressing me. Its not teaching me anything but that may be because Ive read so many books. It could be very useful if you havent studied this topic much. I would recommend to those who need to understand more about prayers and how it works in practical terms. It covers the basis on prayer, what how when and how to get them answered.

Just finished reading Jennifer Eivaz's excellent book on prayer. Nothing religious about this, great insight from a woman who's traveled her own unique journey on the value of prayer.Highly recommend this great book on an issue of such value to all who've come to know their God.
