I bought this for my husband because he has had issues with an itchy beard. It took him a little bit to get the adjustment right. The bib comes with two strings tied together with a slip knot. The knot can be taken out and the strings tied based on your preference. One tightens the top of the bib and the other tightens the bottom of the bib. I think they do this so that its flexible enough to fit most people. He decided to take the slip knot out and tie the string ends the way he wanted it to be to provide the most comfort to his ears. The great thing is that he only had to adjust it the one time once he had it set to his size. He puts oil in his beard before bed, specifically in the chin area where it gets dry, then the bandana on over it. He no longer stains our pillow cases and he said because his beard isn’t drying out at night he has noticed way less irritation. The beard is staying thanks to the beard bib!

There is a lengthy draw string which when adjusted doesn't slide off when I sleep, but tuck the string in the gaurd so you don't tug on it when moving(I encourage hand washing for this same reason, the string is long). The material isn't thin & it does keep moisture products sealed in. Good product just overpriced for me, I'd gladly get 2 for 30 if it went down, great gifts for the bros.

I agree with the other reviewer, the material that the straps are made out of will hurt the back of your ears after a while. For me the straps are too small to fit comfortable around the ears. You also have to tie one end of the straps in a knot to get the right tension around the ears. Also the bandana itself is not big enough to cover my entire beard. If you have a lot of hair like me, it'll be hard to get it all in. If your beard is wet or damp, it will bleed on you sheets at night. I'm undecided if I will keep it or not since it's the only beard bandana that I can find.Update:After playing with the bandana, I've adjusted it so it doesn't hurt my ears. I also had to rearrange my nightly routine so it won't bleed on my pillow but all of my hair still doesn't fit in it. I've changed my rating to 4 stars.

The concept is nice. But it’s just not for me. Not sure how to make this a comfortable product, but whoever does I’m all in. The ear straps were irritating. If you can get pass that though it will do the job. Price is a bit high too. Tying a regular Durga on my beard honestly is a bit more comfortable. If this was cheaper it would be worth it to me, but not at all an all bad product. Good build to it. Just not comfortable for me.

I am a proud beard bearer of 15+ years and an always looking forward to trying new and quality products. This was new, but certainly not quality. Uncomfortable. Drawstring is too thick to sit securely behind ears. Slides off face with even the slightest movement. Complete waste of $25.

Not sure what these other people are doing leaving a bad review but this bib is fully adjustable from top to bottom. So if it’s too tight on your ears, you just loosen it up and vice versa. Fits perfectly for me and does exactly what it says it will do. The educational video was very informative too so I recommend watching that if you haven’t. Like everything else from Beard Gains this is a solid product.

Keeps my beard from drying out overnight. Made with quality silk like material. I would definitely recommend.

Pros: So the material was good and none of my beard products sip through causing stain on my pillow.Cons: if you have a short beard it won't stay on while you sleep.
