Recovering from a massive shoulder tear repair, with 4-6 weeks sling restriction. I ordered this item to use while showering and it worked perfectly. The mesh design is perfect to keep my arm secured while bathing without filling up with water. Even the shoulder pad was fairly water resistant and did not soak up like a sponge. Very easy to slip on and the price was lower than Walmart. I absolutely love it.

I like how one fits all. It's good for in the shower. However the strap is nice and soft but perhaps that's is also why it keeps slipping with the movement. So it keeps loosen up and I have to keep adjusting.

I had shoulder surgery and had to keep my arm in a sling all the time for awhile. When I took a shower I had to keep my arm bent at the elbow which was really a pain. This mesh sling solved the problem. I could soap up and rinse my arm right through the mesh. It was really large too. The mesh was itchy so I couldn't use it other then the shower but that's what I wanted it for.

This is probably a good value for the low price, but I bought it for my wife to use in the shower after breaking her shoulder. It only came in a large size that is way too big for any average size woman. I also is difficult to put on as it is permanently attached to the strap so it must go over your head which can be quite difficult when injured. All in all it serves its purpose as it works in the shower and can get wet and dries quickly.

After shoulder surgery my arm was in a sling from the hospital. It could not get wet so that meant no showers. An occupational therapist video recommended a mesh sling to use in the shower. This worked perfectly. It could get wet without being damaged and it dried quickly. As a matter of fact, I started using it all the time because it was so comfortable.

Cool Mesh Arm Sling Medical Shoulder Immobilizer. Got this for my wife as her shoulder is broken. The size is XL and it fit my wife fine. She is 5'6". She used it, but did complain about it being very itchy. We used a cloth napkin to put between it and that did help some. It was cool enough without the napkin. All of that and it broke on the 3rd day. The velcro strap broke off of the front which makes it useless. It ripped apart on the sewing seam. Very disappointed that it did not last very long.

Bought this for my husband after his shoulder surgery to use in the shower. The doctor / hospital issued sling is not condusive for showering purposes, so this definitely helped while he needed it.Great price for the purpose it was used.
