This is an awesome watch.
Before i bought this i tried a cheap £40 knock-off Chinese smartwatch. I returned it because it didn't have enough customisation options and functionality. I'm so glad i returned it and paid a little extra for this watch. This in my opinion is the best value for money smartwatch available, but if you want added functionality and have a higher budget, look at the Versa 1 and the Versa 2.Versa 1: £130 :+ altimeter (stair counter) + on board memory (download songs) + 2 more assignable buttonsVersa 2: £170: doesn't have the 2 assignable buttons. + slightly bigger screen + slightly better batteryPros:Millions of watchfaces to choose from on the app, made and submitted by other people. You can code your own if you know how.You can do alarms, timers, check the weather, control you phone's music through spotify or otherwise. You can view and reply to notifications (with 5 predefined responses and like 10 emoji choices)It tracks your heart rate accurately and consistently, and you can view the data in graphical form on your phone. It tracks your sleep and gives you detailed analysis of it every day, so long as you wear it to bed which is fine becauseIt is very comfortable, comes with 2 straps in case one doesn't fit and they're easily swappable, so you can buy custom ones from amazon or elsewhere.Tracks your steps calories and active minutes. You can download apps for your watch from the fitbit app, there are quite a few including games like 2048 and flappy bird.Cons:The watch occasionally disconnects from your phone, and sometimes the bluetooth from the watch interferes with bluetooth headphones and such, but thats no big deal.A lot of the apps and watchfaces have to be paid for.The battery life is not 4 days in my experience. I charge my watch every day, but it can maybe last 2 days. I use mine a lot and play games and use custom watchfaces though so that could be influencing my battery time. That being said, even 2 days is fine.Super Pro:The price is only £100 and it has basically all the functionality of any high end expensive smartwatch.10/10 recommend this watch.

Sadly returned
I really wanted to like this Fitbit. I really tried to. Unfortunately I ended up returning it.It took two full days to set up. I've had a lot of previous Bluetooth watches so I'm not inexperienced doing this. Connecting it to my phone was slow and buggy. Updating the Fitbit software was even slower. Once it had supposedly completed updating, the Fitbit wouldn't connect to my phone at all. I wasted hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Eventually I used a second phone to reset the Fitbit and set it up again. This time, after the software update, the menus on the Fitbit had changed, so I can only assume that the first software update had been unsuccessful.I finally had the Fitbit updated and connected to my phone. But it wouldn't stay connected. I found myself constantly toggling bluetooth off and on again on my phone, force quitting the Fitbit app, restarting my phone and restarting the Fitbit every time I wanted to sync the Fitbit's data to my phone. The 'all day sync' option, although I had it switched on, never worked once. I found myself paranoid about moving any distance away from my phone in case the connection dropped and I had to start over again. The music controls were a nightmare. To enable them, the Fitbit said I had to pair it with my phone a second time, so there were two simultaneous Bluetooth connections between the Fitbit and my phone. Why this was necessary is beyond me, I've never seen anything like it in any other device. This worked about 50% of the time but only after multiple attempts to connect, telling my phone to forget the previous connections and re-pairing the Fitbit every time. If I moved away from my phone even slightly, the connection would drop, music controls would disappear from the Fitbit, and I'd have to start the whole connection process again. The second Bluetooth connection also seemed to knock out the first Bluetooth connection, so syncing while music controls were active was impossible, and afterwards I'd have to start the whole force quit, toggle Bluetooth and restart everything process to enable syncing again. It also seemed to mess with any other Bluetooth device I had connected to my phone, such as headphones or speakers, causing the connection to drop frequently. My phone has not had previous issues connecting to Bluetooth with any other device than this Fitbit. The battery life didn't seem to operate with any rhyme or reason. On one occasion I wore the watch for two days and the battery only dropped from 100 to 75%. On another it dropped from 100 to under 50% in less than a day. I can only assume that the Bluetooth issues were affecting this. The final straw was the heart rate monitor. I have a health condition that makes my heart rate spike often, for several minutes at a time. I mainly bought this Fitbit to be able to keep an eye on it. I also have a pulse oximeter (the type that goes on your finger) and a blood pressure monitor. When I felt my heart rate spiking, I grabbed my pulse oximeter to compare to the Fitbit for accuracy. I found that often, when my heart rate was 140+, the Fitbit would read it as being in the 80s or lower. If I kept the Fitbit screen awake with the heart rate display showing, by constantly tapping the screen to prevent the display from sleeping every 10 seconds, the Fitbit would eventually catch up, but only after several minutes and often by this time my heart rate spike was over. This wasn't an ideal solution for me.Honestly, with all the reduced functionality and hassle, wearing this felt like a huge downgrade from my much cheaper (less than half the price) Amazfit Bip.I tried so hard to like it, and I don't think there's anything more I would have done to get it to work. Unfortunately I think this model is just not fit for purpose. I returned it and ordered a different make of fitness tracker.I wish I'd listened to other reviewers who'd had similar issues before I ordered this. I hope my experiences can help someone else decide whether or not to choose this model.

Excellent Fitness/Sleep Tracker
This was bought as a gift for my wife who had had problems with Apple watches in the past. Her main form of exercise is swimming, and as this is waterproof, and has a four day battery, and also has an excellent sleep tracker built in - which she has wanted for a while now (I use a separate device from my Apple Watch as this is still something that is not built in to Apple watches). The phone app is simple with a large graphic user interface, and a very useful introductory setup which takes you step by step through all of the functions built into the watch. Without trying to sound insulting, my wife, who is not very tech literate, and usually gets me to set up these devices for her, spent and enjoyable half hour setting it up herself, learning all the uses, and is now totally engrossed with it. The sleep tracker she has found particularly useful, and the long battery life for such a device. The only drawback I can see is that the charging device, although USB, had a clamp like plate at the end to charge the watch. As this is not just a generic USB cable if it is lost or broken, a replacement will have to be purchased.Oh and my wife loves the colour (although I think it was just an excuse for more co-ordinated workout outfits myself.)Overall an excellent watch, fitness tracker, and sleep tracker that is well made, has an easy and logical setup, a good companion app and looks good on the wrist.Definitely recommended
