Jendila’s grappling mates are suitable for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, wrestling, MMA Ground and Pound and similar styles. However, please do note that our mates in canvas material are not design for supplement training or extensive use. This product is sold UNFILLED and the best material for stuffing is shredded cloths or rags. Polyfil can be used but will not have the same support as polyfil is not dense enough, kids are the exception. 65lb weight limit for largest size, 30lb for kid size. Sand is not supported for this product. Got the 54’’ black dummy. Seems very durable
Pros:Very durable - my kid loves it.Great value - comes with 3 pouches.Cons:Stuffing is a problem, but I knew this from the get-go.You won't get the shape like in the picture unless you pack the dummy very tightly. What I did was, I gathered all my extra clothes, t-shirts and blankets and cut them with the large scissor as small as possible. Started filling from legs first, then arms (don’t use heavy material or sand in the arms otherwise arms will not stay in their original places). I filled the head and the body at the end. Filling it this way got me really close to the picture.If you think you can spend 4-5 hours to fill the dummy then buy this. It saves a lot of money. If you don't care for the money, buy yourself a filled dummy.Overall it’s a good buy. Definitely recommend.Hope my review was helpful

Great wrestling 'buddy' for my son!
This looks very nice, seems good quality and durable :). My son, who's 10, loves to take this dummy outside in our trampoline and practice his WWE moves :). I also purchased a 10 lb box of poly-fil polyester fiberfill and was plenty to stuff our 4 ft grappling dummy (used about 3/4 of the fill) and worked great :)!

Great for a wrestler too!
This was great for our son who is a wrestler. He uses it for his throws and carries it while running up our steep hill. It's not too heavy to carry outside. We filled it with rags that were purchased at home depot. It took three packs of ten pounds that cost about $25. It has held up well despite the beating it has taken. No rips or tears, really great quality, given the price. Very pleased with this purchase!
