Is that a sticker on the visor, does it come off?

Yes sticker and yes it comes off easily

Would these hats fit 11-12 yr old boys

it depends on the kid head size I have a normal head size, I can fit a size 7 1/4 and it fits me well so if the boys head is a little smaller than that or a bit bigger they can fit

I wear a 7 1/8 fitted hat. Will this fit me well?

These hats are terrible and fit square and small

What color is the underside/bottom of the flat bill? Black or Green?

Black. The color underneath is the same color as the hat. I ordered the red and black. Very good quality.
