Vileda Total Reflect Ironing Board L, Metal, Grey, 130 x 44cm

This board is massive, I've attached a photo of it next to my old board which was a normal size ironing board for scale. I'm 5' 6" and it's as tall if not taller than me and really wide. Love the cover and reflective coating and love the size. It's not too heavy considering it's size, no heavier than my old one. It's easy to put up and down and sturdy. Feels well made and has cut my ironing time in half. Over the moon with it, it goes really tall too and low so I can sit down and iron even on my kitchen bar stools. All in all a very good ironing board, makes my old one seem like a Morris minor compared to a porche. I have a large steam iron and it sits on this perfect and doesn't feel like it's dangerous or wobbly at all.

This ironing board is excellent, here's why.1. The pattern looks like something the Icelandic ice skating team would wear.2. The wide feet and extra internal struts make for a sturdy platform with very little wobble.3. The cover uses some space age foil that, to a certain degree, mimics the idea of a trouser press where it irons both sides. It has some effect and leaves a better finish than without foil. It also has the perfect amount of foam inside that gives a firm and flat ironing platform.4. The wide size is great and gives plenty of space which reduces moving the items during ironing.5. The lever for adjusting the height is solid and unlikely to accidentally collapse. It can be adjusted very high, I'm 6ft1 and don't have it on max height.6. The iron holder is robust and fits my iron easily with a useful hanging area for finished items.Overall the build quality is outstanding and I'm very pleased with this ironing board. I had tried an equivalent board from Minky but they don't fully solder the mesh to the frame so it pops up during use, Amazon were good to take it back and I'm glad I went for this one instead.

This is probably the best ironing board I've had! It's quite big, a little cumbersome, but a big surface and the cover is smooth and easy to iron on.The only slight problem is that it can be a bit stiff to pit up until you have the knack. Putting it down is simple.The legs are solid and don't rock. A bit expensive maybe, but worth it!

I have never had an ironing board that is taller than I am It is lightweight though and it’s width makes short work of king size cotton sheets. It is also very good for skirts. I am get the whole length of my skirts onto the board and move them round as I iron, without them getting tangled in the undercarriage. My ironing takes half the time.I am really pleased with this. It has made ironing easier and better.I have a minor complaint. Where the iron sits is a square hole - meant for steam generators. My ordinary steam iron falls sideways into the hole. I have put a piece of wood there , it came with a selection of cheeses. It fits perfectly but the manufacturer might consider supplying something similar.

It was a good all be it expensive ironing board, but it has just broken, the weld has failed. Had since oct 21 so only lasted 13 months. The previous one lasted 7 years. Not impressed.However after a brief online chat Amazon phoned me and offered a full refund. So 10/10 for service.

So my husband bought this and it made me chuckle when the delivery person put it against the wall and I realised it's taller than me.Definitely not lightweight or easy to fit into a small gap.But it is very sturdy and I suppose the large ironing area can be handy. It adjusts easily so I can use it without feeling like a shortie while my husband puts it up way higher and can keep his back straight.One downside being the iron rest sticks out when it's folded marking my wall where it rests. And because it sticks beyond where the legs end, I cannot flip it upside down and rest it against the wall with the soft end.

I've been using this ironing board for several weeks now and I'm absolutely delighted with it. It's really easy to put up and down, offers a wide selection of heights, and feels very sturdy when ironing. The only problem is that it's so tall it doesn't fit into the space where I used to keep my old board, but I'm very happy to give it house room. I spend quite a lot of time ironing and I would highly recommend this board.
