I have had painful feet for months nothing worked, these seemed pricey especially if they did not work but they do, I wear them all day even in boots when I go out, I do still have a little pain but at least I can walk.I am now buying a second pair as they do need hand washing at least once a week. Very happy with my purchase, so far seems to be ok.

I ordered the medium size for womens size 7 feet as per sizing guide. Unfortunately when they arrived I was very disappointed to discover that the Velcro straps were far to short to even meet never mind fasten these onto my feet.I therefore decided to return as totally useless. However when I looked up on Amazon how to return these items it states that these items are not eligible for return so complete waste of money. Don’t buy and waste your money. Rubbish product!

I have been suffering with plantar fascitis in both feet for about 6 months and started to think that the pain and discomfort would never end. I have some inserts for my shoes which help but weren't quite supporting the bottom of my heels which were very sore when standing or walking for any period of time. I also wanted to wear slippers but couldn't find any where inserts would fit. I like that it gives good support and protection to the heel and doesn't allows for my inner foot to orientate itself towards the inside when I walk. I am a size 4 wide, bought a M size and fits well. It's a bit pricey though and needs cleaning regularly, as I found that after 2-3 days of wearing these products they needed washing. So you can't wear them all the time during the day as they get dirty quickly, even if they are comfortable to wear.
