DMAE is what I call mother natures endocrine miracle powder, and I mean that literally. Your body makes DMAE and you get DMAE from healthy foods (you notice I said healthy foods), and you get older, your body does not make DMAE like it use to, and so it make effect other bodily functions as well, which you really notice in the gym if you are a senior citizen like myself, lets just say I highly recommend supplementing DMAE as a gym usage product, and then in time you'll begin to see some real changes in your performance in the gym, you'll also get a very clear skin, which is always wonderful.
