Great for tight space in the packed bedroom; light enough to carry between rooms; storage under is great, mesh is light and breathable for summer. it's roomy enough, the rocking feature is an extra bonus. the mattress thickness is just right. design is sleek. the ONLY thing that could make it a stellar product MANUFACTURER - HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS - is making replaceable sheets work. as some people mention, it is a Houdini task to pull the sheet over the mattress. I washed it once before use, and I actually made a small rip trying to pull it back over the mattress+support board. so i won't touch it any more. the sheet is made in the way that it's part of the zipper = attachment mechanism, so you can't pull anything over it, there's simply no space. i HAVE to protect it by placing chucks under my burping baby. i will have to attach them with safe diaper pins from underneath somehow, otherwise it's not safe to have loose anything under the baby. as a designer, can suggest making zipper in sections - with some space and maybe hooks/ snaps between - this way you can design a sheet secure enough. or maybe a mattress that has a layer to tuck a sheet under. either way, sheets would have to be custom made for this crib only - which is better than not having an option at all.

I havent gotten to use this with my baby as he hasn't arrived just yet, but out of the box I love it. The rocking motion is perfect for a little one and easy to engage or disengage with just your foot. The height of it it comfortable, the mesh you can see through fairly well. It collapses easily enough for travel but locks in place well enough that I'm not worried about it collapsing on the baby. The travel bag is much sturdier than it looked based on the pictures online so I am very happy with that. I also love that the zipper holding the mattress in place in the bassinet position has a safety clip. I did not realize that when purchasing. I will update my review when baby boy arrives at the end of May!Update!! We love this!! I am sad because you son is about to transition out of the bassinet portion. We let him try it lowered and he got too cold. He is big for his age so we likely will just move his crib to our room for now and use this elsewhere in the house. I love this as a bassinet. I can see through the sides, the storage space has been nice to have, love to rock him in this and he sleeps well in it at night. My sweet boy is already so big and I hate moving him out of it but he has almost met the weight limit for the bassinet.

I ordered/purchased this about 3 months ago. My daughter loves it and so do I! It works great, and it is really goodquality. My 2 month old granddaughter sleeps in this bed every day, its durable and doesn't take up a lot of space.

I wanted a bassinet for our newborn. My husband wanted something that would last longer, but we currently don't have a separate room for a crib and I don't like the looks of pack n plays. This is the perfect middle ground. It looks nice, but more than that it's safe, the perfect size, and can rock. Happy I found this.

Just arrived, so can't speak about durability yet, but came in good condition and is already assembled as a bassinet. It was so easy to open up and set in rocking mode. New baby laid right down and rested. I do wish it would be easier to remove and wash mattress cover part or put a crib sheet on it for easy cleanup when inevitable accidents happen, but the simple and dumpster design was more important for my needs. No foul odors, easy to set up and pick up

Great product we really love the size and function. But not being able to buy a new cover or use sheets in the bassinet position is kind of a real problem.

This is a must have for us! It’s super easy to mount up, extremely sturdy, has a rocking function to use when needed and we made use of the extra storage down below when we used it in bassinet mode. So happy with this purchase and will definitely use it for future babies as well!

First, let me start by saying I own two Joovy Room2s and really like them. They are durable and functional. Given my experience with the Joovy Room2s with my first child, I purchased the Coo for my newborn.The product is sturdy and lightweight. It is easy to move it from room to room. My newborn sleeps soundly in it.The problem with the product is the mattress cover. While it is advertised as removable and machine washable, it is absurdly difficult to get it off of the mattress and accompanying hard board. Moreover, Joovy does not sell extra covers. I contacted customer service immediately when I realized the poor design of the cover, and they offered to ship me an additional cover. Had they not offered to do this, I likely would have returned the product because of the cover design. An additional cover would be helping me tremendously right now, but I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT as promised by their customer service representative, Jazzlyn, one month ago today.I have sent several emails, and they continue to say they’re out of them, etc. and tell me to wipe it clean for now (I doubt they ever had any intention of sending one). For a company who sells baby products, this is an absurd comment. Yes, I will just “wipe” the hourly/daily spit up off the cover?!? Duh. If you’re going to design a product meant for babies, the mattress cover should be easily removable to wash, or you should at the very least give consumers the option to purchase an additional cover so the product can be used while the other cover is being washed...because...babies spit up!
