Good product bad packaging?
Product is fine but it came scuffed and looks like it may have been used. Not sure if it was the bad. Packaging that caused this or if it is in fact a used/returned item.

Left roller doesn't roll. Using after couple minutes left burns or bruises on both sides of neck with little pressure applied. Pass on this one.
