Charmian Women's Spiral Steel Boned Steampunk Gothic Bustier Corset with Chains

I bought this to wear to a local Comic Con. It fit true to the manufacturer recommended sizing (read that and don't listen to Amazon's recommended sizing!). I'm small busted as you can see and there was never any worries about a gap between the material and skin as long as I maintained good posture.When I say this was excellent quality, I mean it! Multiple people who were there as famous guests and pro cosplayers asked me how long it took to make it. When I told them I bought it here their jaws dropped.

I was so excited to be able to find a sexy fashionable corset style bustier in my size. I'm very top-heavy but have a small back and waist and a small frame so it's very hard for me to find cute tops that fit. I love this so much I bought a few others in different colors!** for transparency purposes my bra size is larger than a K-Cup so you can imagine how hard it is to find good fitting fashionable cute tops. I would highly recommend this corset!

I absolutely adore this corset, and I have many! It's truly steel boned, beautiful "leather" trimmed and brocade silver fabric. The buckles are a great touch. I am 5'8", 198 lbs, 38DD with a 37 inch waist and 45 inch hips, so I bought the 3x which was much too loose, especially in the chest, even when pulled to it's tightest. I returned that and got the XXL, which fits at it's tightest, but I definitely could've gotten away with the XL and still had room due to the panel on the back. If I order from this company again (which I likely will) I'll stick with the XL.

I originally ordered a 3X based on the size chart. I'd actually sized down with that. I'm 5'3, 152lbs, and have a 33.5" waist. The 3X was for a 31.5" waist. I ended up returning the 3X and bought the Large. I'm still losing weight so I'll be able to "shrink" into this size large, but it still fits great!! If I wasn't going to be losing anymore weight, an XL probably would have worked for me still.This corset is well made and I flatters my figure. I can't wait to wear it for a boudoir shoot this weekend!!Edited to update the pics. I had my boudoir shoot and it was perfect!!

I will have to admit I did need to size up from a M to L (I am a between sizes person with a large chest, 36D). Very happy how easy it was to do the swap and now I am in love. Very sturdy and well made. Makes an impression for sure. Happy with my purchase.

I ordered the black corset. Its a lot nicer in person. Strong material, not cheap looking. I order as per other reviews and the chart. I DON'T AGREE with sizing down. I ordered a XXL, wish I would've ordered the 3XL. The XXL is too small, and I really wanted to wear it this weekend. Returning it, but will reorder the bigger size for a future event.

I gave it 4 stars because it is NOT metalboned like it says, it is flimsy plastic. It is cute. I bought a 6x but it was a bit big, a 5x would have fit a lot better. Also the belt buckles that you HAVE to undo to use the zipper on the front started ruining the the fake leather material is was made of, it started to peel it just from trying it on. So over time it will ruin it. I ultimately sent it back as the price was way to high for a non metal boned corset and for it to start being ruined immediately upon trying it on.

Purchased as a gift and she loves it! Fits well and can be worn to dress up or down.

Bought this for a Halloween party as a steampunk Mad Hatter and received so many compliments! The material is firm and well made and it looks very classy, not at all tacky like I was worried about. I ordered a small because I'm usually a size 6/8 however I have a relatively large chest so I was worried but there are two lacings (not sure if that is the right term) for the top and bottom and can be adjusted accordingly, just be careful not to undo the knots because it will definitely take a very long time to redo. Only cause for concern would be the clasps on the front as they are very easy to undo, I had a friend who was...less than sober jokingly run her finger up my top and all the clasps popped open, luckily I managed to stop it from falling but if it had happened in public I would have been in quite a sticky situation.

Absolutely beautiful, can’t wait to wear it. Laces up the back with fabric panel to hide skin underneath so it adjust for perfect fit. There’s secure clips at the front for putting it on and off. Very well made. Pictures do not do it justice- beautiful!

This is lovely. I, like a previous reviewer, had to return two before I found the right size. The sizing came up way too big. I am size 12, I started with an XL as fitted to my measurements but it was 2 sizes smaller (medium) that fit in the end!I am going to enjoy wearing this... also considering adding my own hook and eye fixtures as I have a habit of fiddling with the clasps while chatting and have had one (no one noticed) popping-open incident!
