iPhone 4 Adapter

does not work well with bolt action rifles. you have to charge the rifle before attaching the iscope & only get the one shot. Works awesome on my AR.

I have a strong metal and plastic manufacturing background. I have two popular scopes on .177 air rifles. I can install the iScope on both of them but the scope length available, to tighten the single screw, is too short. This screw is the one that sets the Androids distance from the scope front optics. I cannot use the product.

I got this as a gift, seemed to work great on rifle scopes, but i needed it to use on my spotting scope during the summer scouting trips and guiding in the fall. It doesnt even come close to fitting on my Swarovski spotter. Good idea, but the price is a bit ridiculous and it just doesnt fit.

The iScope smartphone adapter is really cool. I mounted it on various rifle scopes to record and enjoy my Ninja adventures after-the-fact. The device is simple to mount, albeit the grips on the screw mounts are cheezy and come off. I found it better to pull them off and found some soft plastic screw covers from the hardware store that worked better and gave me greater comfort that I would not scratch my scope. The app is straightforward to load and use. The product was well packaged, shipped and arrived without issue. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Of the iScope iPhone 4 Adapter, its a good consept but greatly needs a better mounting system, doesent stay in place and needs more set-screws. A bit pricy for a product that is sold as serious, but only good for fun. If it could be a solid stable mount with 8 set screws (4front-4rear) It would be awesome! Please fix this issue!!!

This was a gift for my husband for Christmas. It was all that he talked about. He LOVES it. He recorded 4 big bucks the first time that he used it. He was "looking" that day, not hunting. He is a happy man. Thanks!

So i took this out for a hunt and it work okay i would say. Only i wish i can mount the phone to the left side instead as a right hand shooter because it is not convenient trying to look at the phone while shooting at the same time as the phone is all the way to the right side. And Yes, i did turn the mount around to have the phone on the left side, but the cross does not line up nicely. I put this on a CZ 455 .22 LR bolt action rifle with the Nikon Prostaff 3-9-40 and i have to mount the iScope very far back in order for me to be able to recycle the bolt for another round. However, i don't know if it will work if you mount in on a larger calibers on a bolt action because the bolt will have to travel farther back to recycle the round out which it will hit on of the screw. I gave this a two stars because since the price of this product is so high up, i would expect it to work flawless.
