Great T shaped Crumb Catcher
First off, I must state that this is indeed T shaped and is meant to be installed via gravity instead of with a magnet or tape. I think this is the best way to install these strips. There are four colors available, but these are mentioned in the product description. Make sure you look at the product description before purchasing to make sure you getI chose a black color to match my stovetop. These arrived without any problem. I found that the section that hangs down is a bit off center. This is designed so it will help to fit into tighter spaces. I had a bit of a problem installing these since my stovetop is about a quarter of an inch taller than my counter and the part of the T that hangs down hits the stovetop and thus it did not lay completely flat. With some effort I was able to bend the part that hangs down a bit and now they both lay mostly flat.Be aware that if your stovetop and counter are not completely level, you may have to bend or cut-down the metal portion that hangs down if you want a fully flush installation.Overall I am very happy with the look of these and think the do a good job of fulfilling their purpose.

Works well
I like them, they look good and stop food debris from getting in the crack between the counter and stove. The only problem I have is that my stove sits slightly lower than the counter so the pieces don't sit exactly level. However, if they were more bendable to adapt to the height disparity they would be flimsy and I'd rather have them as strong as they are, so this is not a design issue in my opinion. If you want a perfect fit, raise or lower the feet of your range. The product is very nice looking and does its job well. I would order it again.

Gets the job done, might have been better as a 90 angle not a T
Works well, fits in the very tight tolerance (only 1/8 inch or so) between my stove and countertop, with a little effort to push it in there. There is a slight gap under horizontal piece where crumbs could get under it if you wipe up going that directions, but not necessarily fall down the stove/counter gap to the floor. So I wouldn't recommend using the tape to make it permanent, so you can take it out and clean it occasionally. Not a major problem so far.Due to the fact stoves and countertops are rarely perfectly level with each other, this might have worked better as a 90 angle piece, not a T, to eliminate the gap on the countertop side. Most stoves already have a slight lip so the few crumbs that get on there during use are less likely to go down the side of the stove anyway, so you don't necessarily need the T side on the stove side.

Perfect final touch between counter tops and stove
I bought the black strips that fit just about perfectly in between new oven and new counter - a nice finishing touch after a four-month very stressful kitchen remodel. These appear to be well made high quality materials. For future customers - check and confirm that the top edges of what you want to cover are of identical heights. These are flat top finishing pieces and will not lay flat if the two services you are attempting to bridge and cover are uneven surfaces. Secondly, you will be provided with some cheap pieces of foam to try to use to hold these pieces in place. Use a small amount of Plumber's putty instead of the foam, placing small amounts about 1/2 back from the front pieces, so the putty will not be visible from the front - along both sides of the underside of these pieces where the pieces contact the counter, stove top, etc.. A small smear at the top edges will provide an invisible, secure but removable means by which to install these finish pieces perfectly.

High quality!
So much better than the flimsier plastic or rubber ones. It blends in perfectly, not even noticable. I did put a tiny amount of sticky tack on the back side of the first inch (closest to the front of the counter top) of one side, because it seemed a little loose. I can still easily pull it out to clean, if necessary, and it just slips back into place. Highly recommend.

Why would you buy wide plastic monstrosities when you can get these!?!
Why would you buy wide plastic monstrosities when you can get these!?!They're slim, perfectly fit over the gap, they're metal and so they don't look cheap. They come with little stickies so that the trim doesn't slide. My only con is that they don't come in different length options. They are about an inch short from the back if I align the trim to the very front of the counter and stove

Better Than Nothing...
If your stove height does not perfectly align with your counter tops these strips will not sit flush. They don't on mine and yes - I have a standard sized newer stove. They are still better than nothing and I like the fact that they are stainless steel and not plastic. Sticking them down would be a problem since they aren't level so I haven't and as a result every time I clean my stove these go shooting off (I'm getting better at anticipating this now). A bit aggravating but since food will get under them I have to take them off and clean them, too, so - I will live with them but they are far from perfect. Also, they are a bit short. They should be one inch longer.

Relatively small in size (a good thing) compared to other similar products
I like the fact that they are metal and the glossy finish is perfect match to my stove top. Although they come with double stick tape to keep them in place I did not find it necessary to use. Also not using it allows the strips to be easily removed for cleaning and moving the stove.
