Fit mu weber q2200 perfectly ! Heavy duty cast iron quality made. I did brush the grates with oil and burn them off for about 20 minutes before using. Be sure you clean right after use and brush with oil as recommended by the manufacturer. My original grill grates lasted 8 years. I expect these to last at least that or more with proper care.

This grill is heavy duty and fits the grill perfectly. Dimensions are spot on.

So far so good, after 2 uses. I oiled both sides and heated for 20 min on 450 - like someone else mentioned. I am happy with the price point and weight when comparing to my original Weber grates.

I don't know the model number for my Weber Q but grill measurements equate to a Q200 series. Half size grill easier to clean in your kitchen sink and easier to wrap up with saran wrap for storage. The enclosed free clips are a must when converting from a single grill to two half grills. Change was necessary due to rust and black chips of enamel. Should have upgraded two years ago, great product.

I bought this product to replace the original Weber grate in my Q2000 grill. I works well enough that I'm keeping it. But, I wish it were slightly wider from left to right. As it is, if it isn't positioned perfectly on the posts molded into the body of the grill, it tips over into the grill. Haven't lost any food yet, but I have to watch it carefully. That said, it is made of cast iron and I'm pleased with the way it cooks and cleans. And, I do like the solid cast metal better than Weber's porcelain original grate. Overall, I'm pleased enough with it for the price ... just wish it was about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch wider.

I bought this grate to replace the original grate in my Weber Q200. The original was that porcelain coated thin cast iron. The porcelain started chipping off not too long after I bought the grill, probably just after the 1 year warranty on it expired. Anyway, this new grate fit perfectly and cooks better than the original. Standard cooking time on a 5 oz. burger was 2 minutes 30 seconds a side for medium well with the Weber grate. I pulled the burgers off this new solid cast iron grate at 2 minutes a side, they came out well done. Takes and holds heat better than original and leaves some impressive grill marks.

I never thought it would be BETTER than new. Here in the northeast the ceramic coating started coming off the old one after a year or two. I don't like mystery crunches in my food:) I just dealt with it. It really should have come like this. A bunch of folks helped me figure out seasoning Thanks! I am very happy with the results which I just used canola oil heavily on both sides then ran the grill on high for 20 minutes then about midway which was 500 on the temp gauge for another 20 then just shut it off and left it. I am considering posting another question about the clips as they are just zinc or some other plating on steel and might not last long. Can I get another set? I guess I just asked. --R

These 2pc grates fit my Weber Q 200 perfectly! The 2 clips keep the grates level and are sturdy.My food did not stick after I seasoned the grates and cooked evenly.Couldn't be happier.
