Tuning fork
I had recently taken up playing the guitar and needed something to tune the strings. So i had this bright idea that a tuning fork would do the job. Pity i wasn't wearing my glasses when i ordered this item! I was pleased though as the storage heater had gone kaput and this was exactly what was needed. The guitars still out of tune though!!:-(
