Worked perfectly right out of the box. My last set lasted for 2 years. Great value for the money with excellent print quality.

I haven't used it yet until the ink runs out on the one that cam with the printer but the one in the printer now is the same one so yeah its great.

(See old review at bottom) New review -- I was contacted by this company after leaving my VERY HONEST review (which I will leave at the bottom for historical purposes). They asked me if I would be willing to try a set of replacement units. I had already received a refund from the company after sending back the failed units. They sent me a new set of units at no charge to test to see if they would work. I reluctantly agreed to receive the test units never believing they would even arrive. To my surprise a few days later a box arrived and it was the replacement units! Well, I had put my old toner cartridges back in and they were working even if they were low on ink. So I waited and waited until I could not wait any more. I finally installed them and a) no error messages WHATSOEVER -- and b) the quality is fantastic. I am pretty pleased and feel as if this was an amazing opportunity to get high quality at a far lower price than what the vendor provides. Kudos to SMARTOMNI for following up - providing a better product, and making good on their word. Should these last and continue to work error free, I do suspect that I will be ordering these again! _______________OLD REVIEW_____________ I hoped these would work. I really thought they would after all the positive reviews. I installed them according to instructions and logic. Look at the photo as that's what I saw. I will return them.

I bought these laser printer cartridges to try out since the name brand ones are very expensive. They work well and the print quality is good for our purposes. I am not printing photos or heavy graphic printing, so I can't comment on the quality of that kind of printing. We use the printer for general household use and printing for school assignments. I will purchase again.

When I bought my printer, I bought this ink at the same time. I finally was able to use it, but when I put it in my printer it said it was not compatible. Since I ordered a long time ago and already tore the package apart I’m sure it’s not returnable.

I have ordered these toner replacements several times. They are good for the price when they work and majority of the ones we have purchased have been good. Occasionally we will get one that leaks and makes a mess inside the printer and all over the paper. We have to clean it all out and open a new cartridge. It is however cheaper than the canon replacements.

Always hesitant to use 3rd party toner cartridges, but these have worked out great! Very well packaged, dropped right in, color/coverage output have been flawless, can't tell the difference between OEM Canon cartridges, which is of course, the whole point. Great value, I would certainly recommend these.

Good product but it seems to me that it runs out fast. Other than that, filled the need.
