Gluten Free
This was my first time buying coconut flour. Good price for the quantity. I love the keto low gluten option for cooking. It expands in the bowl. Must find more recipes in order to use it again.

It tastes great! I used it to make the base for kimchi. It does soak up liquids really quickly. Just add your liquids for the consistency needed for your recipes. I like that it doesn't impact the glycolic index for diabetics. I look forward to using it for baking. I It's not bleached, so it has a faint coconut smell, which is delicious, and a pleasant taste. I can only imagine the possibilities.

Good product
Packaged well. Seems fresh. I mixed this with almond flour and muffins turned out well. I haven't tried using this on its own yet.
