Really Like these
These are very well made, sturdy and beautiful. They work great on our new Induction stovetop. The lip help reduce drips down side of pan. Might be because of our induction stove top, but the handles never get hot. Heating is ver even. Cleanup is about like any steel pan, its definitely not non-stick, but for most things it doesn’t stick too badly either.

Now I'm making sauces and gravy
This is a really impressive saucier. I've wanted one for some time, especially as our household has recently gone from two, to three -- soon to be four. And I'm the cook at 77 years old, but used to be a prep cook in a hotel kitchen back in the '80s.I started making my morning oatmeal. It's quicker and much more creamy than in my old sauce pan AND I don't lose 15 percent of my oatmeal stuck to the bottom corners of the pan. I started making sauces and gravies. What a breeze. Acidic tomato sause doesn't etch the bottom of the pan. Tonite I made lobster sauce for white fish. I'm a happy camper.I'm limited to buying one pan at a time, replacing old cookware, as I'm on a fixed income. Looks like next is a 12" skillet. Then I can replace of my old disk bottom skillet and sauce pans that are scratched and pitted.

better than All Clad
where has this brand been hiding?! I needed a sloped chef's ap pan and ordered many (none from China intentionally which takes a ton of research to do). all were "ok" but not perfect. All Clad is great BUT you pay way too much I guess since they market so in big stores. I had almost given up until this. This is the Rolls Royce of pans, trust me. As soon as I can I will get more! To help someone though, these are costly so if you can't do now, try the Tramontina line. Made in Brazil and I love them also.

Support American companies
Completely satisfied. No concern about either what is in the metal, or in the coating leaching into my food.

Love these pans
This is my 3rd pan of this. Series. I love them. I bought the ninja pans and so disappointed. Then I found these. They are worth the money. Can’t wait to have a full set.. they wash up great and so far nothing has ever even stuck to them. And they look good.

Quality has not been compromised in this product
I've searched the world over for a pot that would stand up to acidic foods like my sauces as well as not burn things even when the stove was turned down low. I was tired of all the Steel pots I've used over the years being eaten away despite the company boosting about how many layers their pot had. I was desperate to find a pot that COULD keep its glowing metal shine on the bottom/inside use after use and set my mind to finding one. This Heritage pot is made in the US and has stood up to everything I could dish out. It's THEE perfect size for just about anything and I'd recommend purchasing just this one for starters...I am completely satisfied with Heritage quality and will be purchasing a 12qt soon...Yes, pricy but it'll be worth it in the long run!
