Great for Stress and Energy!I’ve been using this Ashwagandha supplement for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed a big difference. I feel calmer, with less anxiety during the day, and I’m also sleeping better at night.It’s helped me maintain more stable energy levels without feeling so drained in the afternoon. I love that it’s organic and doesn’t have any weird ingredients. I’ll definitely keep buying it. Highly recommended!

Excelente calidad se siente la diferencia desde los primeros días tomo 1 en la mañana y 1 en la noche junto con el glicinato de magnesio de esta misma marca y esa combinación es fabulosa para mantenerte tranquila y enfocada todo el día y descansar profundamente.

I take these before I go to bed. This supplement does relax you and aids in sleep but it’s not strong. No after taste or odor, and good price point.

Ashwagandha is an incredible herb, known for its adaptogenic properties. Because of it's overall help for hormone balance, it has been known to effectively increase stamina and endurance, reduce anxiety, improve mood, help thyroid and insulin balance, and aid in brain health (memory, focus, etc.). Ashwagandha PLUS is a great way to take this wonderful herb. Love the easy to swallow vegetarian capsules, and the fact that no fillers have been added. Produced in the USA, these capsules are free of GMO's, artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, preservatives, and a host of other harmful or allergenic substances. Definitely would purchase again.
